At present,with the development and implementation of the national strategy of "the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road",the economic exchanges between China and the surrounding countries are becoming more and more prosperous.The port plays a core role as the hub of maritime transportation,and the whole gyration port is an important part of the port.Because of its flexibility and powerful power,it can make it possible.It is competent to assist the port and port cargo ship safely by berthing and receiving pilot,as well as assisting in rescue and rescue,marine fire protection and so on.It provides a strong guarantee for the safe production and operation of the port.Tug repair is a regular large-scale maintenance based on national and industrial regulations.Through the comprehensive repair and inspection of the tug equipment,the tugboat is in good working condition to meet the needs of the port production.However,because there are many risks in the development of the tugworks,how to effectively identify the risks and control it is very important to ensure the smooth progress of the project.Based on the theory of project risk management,taking Shenhuatuo8 tugboat as an example,this paper tries to conduct risk management research on all rotary port as a tugboat maintenance project.First,the project flow chart is drawn according to the project maintenance content,and the risk of the tugboat repair project in the whole gyration port is identified by the field investigation method and the brainstorming method,and the three level risk identification list is formed with the technical risk,management risk and environmental risk as the first level risk factor.Secondly,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method is used to construct 22.Judge the matrix,determine the weight of each level risk factor in turn,and use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the risk matrix method to calculate the risk value of each risk factor from bottom to top.After analyzing the whole gyration port as the middle risk of the tugyard repair project,it is necessary to take a certain risk coping strategy.Finally,the risk analysis is studied.As a result,according to the risk factors of each level,the countermeasures are put forward to avoid and control the risk,and then to improve the risk management level of the total rotary port as a tug repair project.
