With the rapid development of social economy,business competition is everywhere,and talents are the key to the core competitiveness of enterprises.How to implement effective employee management,motivate employees to take the initiative to work,and improve employee satisfaction is the key to achieve the strategic goal of business development.Employee satisfaction is a direct manifestation of the enterprise’s own management level,reasonable degree of system and other indicators,and can also reflect the employees’ sense of belonging to the work from the side.In order to better construct all aspects of the enterprise,the research on the factors affecting employee satisfaction is also a subject continuously carried out by all major enterprises.Firstly,the paper introduces the background and significance of the study on employee satisfaction,reviews the research results on employee satisfaction at home and abroad,deeply traces the root of the study on employee satisfaction,and discusses the countermeasures to improve employee satisfaction.Secondly,the paper analyzes the influence of qinhuangdao port co.,LTD.The employee satisfaction 6 factors,adopts the method of questionnaire survey to collect data,factors influencing weights determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of comprehensive analysis of employee satisfaction,and a collection of related data for different categories of staff satisfaction is evaluated respectively.Thirdly,based on the evaluation results obtained from the empirical analysis,the problems and causes of employee satisfaction in qinhuangdao port co.,LTD are systematically analyzed.Finally,the text combines theory with practice to find out the current deficiencies of enterprises and puts forward Suggestions for improving employee satisfaction that are applicable to most enterprises.The purpose is to provide certain reference for theconstruction of employee satisfaction.
