Transmission is the core component of a car,which can be divided into manual transmission(MT)and automatic transmission(AT).MT has the characteristics of simple structure,low cost,low fuel consumption,convenient operation,mature technology and so on,It still has a good market prospect.In the process of MT transmission manufacturing,a large amount of information and data need to be processed,and the problem of low efficiency and high error rate can not be satisfied by the manual processing,which can not meet the needs of modern transmission manufacturing.At present,the problem of poor product quality control and high cost of transmission manufacturing industry is widespread in our country,Therefore,in order to effectively control product quality and improve production capacity,it is imperative to speed up the application of quality control method.This paper mainly studies the quality control of a 5MT transmission based on QFD(Quality Function Deployment),in order to improve the efficiency of China's transmission development and production,mprove the overall manufacturing level of China's transmission industry,enhance the core competitiveness of the market.In this paper,5MT transmission is selected as the research object,Firstly,the working principle and structure technology of the 5MT transmission are analyzed,And the factors that affect the quality of 5MT transmission;Secondly,according to customer complaints and peer quality,determine customer demand indicators and quality planning,The weight is determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP);Thirdly,the technical characteristics of 5MT transmission are determined,And find out the key technical characteristics of 5MT transmission to be improved by Applying QFD relation matrix;it use QFD method to converted into production engineering and the processing parameters and controlling means of industrial control aimed at the key technical features that need to be improved,a series of process tests,detection and analysis were carried out to determine the rationality of the process parameters and solidify;Finally,according to the actual situation of the enterprise,Finally,according to the actual situation of the enterprise,the transmission quality measures are put forward and technical process specifications are convenient for practical operation on applicationing of causal analysis and kJ method.The results of this study are the technical specifications for forming the quality control technology of the 5MT transmission,the process specification is to find out the key quality characteristics through rigorous theoretical deduction,comprehensive system analysis and sufficient data calculation,then the quality control theory is applied to improve the measures and form the standard,it can be used to support mass production quality control of MT transmission.
