Research On Commercial Architectural Planning Based On Quality Function Deployment

With the rapid development of China's commercial building construction industry,the nationwide capital construction has reached an unprecedented scale.But the ensuing problems also appeared in front of the public.Because many large commercial projects lacked the guiding ideology based on the needs of multi-agent users in the operation stage during the decision-making stage of the early stage of construction,some commercial buildings have become "vacant" with a lot of economic loss.In order to avoid the occurrence of such phenomena,the research of commercial architectural planning in China urgently needs to explore the decision-oriented method based on multi-agent customer needs.This study attempts to introduce the quality function deployment(QFD)theory based on customer needs as the sole basis for product design in industrial engineering to the commercial building construction planning process of engineering projects.Through the systematic study of the commercial building construction planning process,it attempts to provide the project owner a set of application methods that take multi-agent customer needs as the project's decision goals by combining architectural planning theories.The main research results of this paper include:(1)Through in-depth exploration of a large number of commercial architectural planning theoretical studies,the general steps of the commercial architectural planning process are clarified and the internal links between the planning steps and the work content of the key planning steps are mastered.(2)Under the guidance of quality function deployment theory,this paper proposes a commercial building planning and control model based on quality function deployment theory,and systematically expounds the model construction method.The model includes three phases and two quality developments.The three phases are: internal investigation and analysis stage of multi-agent customer needs,spatial planning analysis stage of quality function development and technical planning stage of quality function development;The two developments include the development from multi-agent customer needs to space planning elements and the development of from space planning elements to technical planning elements.(3)After reading a lot of literature and practical surveys,it summarizes the needs of operators and end customers,and determines the common measurement indicators and difference measurement indicators of operator needs and end consumer needs;The focus of the planning work is to put forward the key indicators of commercial building space planning and technical planning.(4)Constructed a high-end business hotel planning process control model based on quality function deployment theory.Combining the characteristics of high-end business hotels,its elements are expanded according to the method of the aforementioned elements,and theapplication of House of Quality(HOQ)technology is used to accurately multi-agent customer needs to space planning elements and technical planning elements.The transfer finally identifies the important improvement points of the space planning elements and technical planning elements of high-end business hotels and analyzes the key planning elements.
