| Since the 1980 s,the concept of "corporate culture" has been introduced into China from abroad,and after more than 20 years of reception,digestion,absorption and development,more and more enterprises take the construction of corporate culture as an important content of the company’s development strategy and put it into practice.More and more enterprises realize that the competition between companies has already changed from the competition of technology quality and resources to the competition of management and culture.More and more excellent construction enterprises gradually move from experience management to scientific management and cultural management.LQ Company,as a provincial large-scale construction enterprise,has developed from managing people "by people" at the beginning to "by rules and regulations" and "by system" after decades of development,and gradually to the stage of managing people "by culture".However,the current corporate culture system of LQ Company was revised between 2010 and 2011,and was officially issued and implemented at the beginning of2012,which has been 10 years.With the intensification of competition in the construction industry and the deepening of state-owned enterprise reform,the existing corporate culture of LQ Company has been unable to adapt to the external macro development environment,industry medium environment and enterprise internal micro environment.In this paper,the OCQ scale was improved,and the results were obtained by questionnaire survey and individual interview.Company corporate culture construction has 12 kinds of problems in spirit,system,behavior and material,such as lack of strategic foresight,discount in system implementation,need to perfect performance salary system,isolated information island in communication between superior and subordinate,boring life of staff and workers,low participation of grass-roots staff in corporate culture construction,etc..Based on the analysis of the problems,this paper forward the overall goal of the optimization construction,and five optimization principles of strategic foresight,internal consistency,practical Operability,full participation and positive innovation.According to the analysis,corresponding to the problems existing in the four levels of corporate culture,this paper puts forward 13 optimization measures,such as upgrading and development strategy,implementing regional management,doing a good job in cultural integration after reorganization,and improving the salary system of construction projects,which provides original data and reference value for the optimization and construction of corporate culture of LQ Company. |
