| At this stage,prefabricated buildings have been promoted to be the typical representative of advanced construction methods.However,due to the high cost of construction and installation and the uncertain future benefits,it is very necessary for the state to give its fiscal policy to promote the healthy development of the industry in the early stage.In the current market of prefabricated building of Henan province,although the provincial and local governments have issued policies and technical evaluation standards,the policy is difficult to interact with the market benignly,so the market cannot play a positive role in promoting the development of prefabricated building industry.There are still problems such as high energy consumption,heavy pollution and low labor productivity.Firstly,this article summarizes the research status of prefabricated building at home and abroad.It analyzes the development status and constraints of prefabricated building of Henan province,and it proposes that incentive mechanisms should be implemented to promote sustainable development of prefabricated constraint.Then,based on game theory and incentive mechanism design theory,it analyzes the game relationship of the incentive subject and object in the prefabricated building incentive policy and selects variables to propose hypotheses,and constructs a game analysis model.The method of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative research is used to further demonstrate the necessity of the government's implementation of incentive measures for the development of prefabricated building.It provides a strong argument for optimizing the policy system.Finally,starting from the behavior choices of the government,developers and consumers,the policy improvement suggestions are put forward by the four aspects of environment,supply,demand and implementation of safeguard measures,which provide a theoretical basis for the further development of prefabricated buildings of Henan province. |
