Modern warcraft undertakes the mission of quickly dispatch.Therefore,it is the focus of attention for the military and warcarft about how to guarantee the integrity and fighting capacity of the aircraft.However,among them,the aircraft wire plays an important role in energy and signal transmission and its failure is a serious hazard.There exists inevitability and universality.Therefore,it is an urgent problem to be studied and solved about how to rapidly discover and get rid of conducting wire defects.This paper expounds the research history and status of aircraft wiring fault detect and positioning at home and abroad and shows that the aircraft wiring defect and positioning by using single-ended detection method in the actual working condition of the aircraft is the development trend currently.However,the time domain launch method and derivative methods based on time-domain launch method can be used to solve the discovery and positioning problem of aircraft wiring defects due to its high precision and less disturbance.This paper introduces the definition and distinction of aircraft wiring,cable and wiring harness and describes the flow and characteristics of aircraft wiring harness,particularly the military aircraft cable manufacturing and wiring harness assembly.Based on the development of digital assembly technology and information technology,this paper explains the digital assembly,life cycle management of aircraft cable harness,aircraft wiring harness and fault positioning of wiring.This paper designs the verification experiment based on time domain launch method in order to verify the feasibility of domain launch method technology in the application of airborne cable short distance high-precision diagnosis scenario.This paper designs the experimental platform and scenario by using the oscilloscope of time domain launch analysis module and other resources and carries out the verification experiment in serviceable condition,open circuit defect condition and short circuit defect condition according to different materials,different wire gage and wires of different length.According to the experimental results,it collects the proportional coefficient index of some wires,showing that the aircraft can realize wire defect discovery and positioning in the short distance scene by using time domain launch method.This paper carries out overall design of aircraft wire fault detect and positioning system,thus putting forward requirements for general projects and designs the system according to system basic principle,hardware selection,software function and exterior appearance requirements by using embedded system architecture.With engineering application ability,this system is able to meet the demand of wire fault positioning efficiency and precision in aircraft use and maintenance.Finally,this paper puts forward solutions to aircraft wire fault detect and positioning system improvement and further plans the direction for further improvement and optimization according to development of digitized and informationized manufacturing technology and requirements of aircraft use and maintenance.
