| The taping process of automotive wire harness is an important part of the processing process of automotive wire harness.With the transfermation and upgrading of automobile industry,new energy vehicles are widely promoted and popularized.Maximizing customer satisfaction and improving the quality and production efficiency of new energy vehicle wire harnesses has become the key to win in the competition.In order to gain a competitive advantage,various wire harness manufacturers are seeking new products to solve this problem of automated taping in the production of new energy vehicles wire harnesses.In this paper,the Quality Function Deploymet(QFD)is applied to the development of new energy automobile wire harness taping machine,which is of great importance to study its customer requirements and technical characteristics(quality characteristics).In this paper,the design of the main body mechanism of the wire harness taping machine is completed,and the mechanism and performance of the automotive wire harness taping machine are optimized according to the technological contradiction and innovation principle method in the TRIZ theory.In addition,a prototype of the automotive wire harness taping machine was processed and debugged in this study.Through the wire harness taping test,its performance is investigated.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1)The QFD is applied to bulid a solution design model for the automotive wire harness taping machine,identify the customer requirements and technical characteristics(quality characteristics)of taping of new energy automobile wire harness,and fit the importance of customer demand and the importance of the technical characteristics by weight to determine the final conceptual design solution for the automotive wire harness taping machine.2)Wire harness taping process is analyzed according to the sub-functions of the wire harness taping,the equipment body is divided into modules,and the design analysis of each sub-functional module is carried out to determine the final structural scheme,based on which the overall layout of each functional module is carried out to determine the overall structural scheme of the automobile wire harness taping machine.3)The technical contradictions and innovation principle methods of the TRIZ theory are used to obtain specific solutons for the technical innovation and optimal design of the taping mechanism and tape cutting mechanism in the wire harness taping machine.A tape tension control device and tape cutting device were developed by refining the design according to the specific needs of the wire harness taping machine.4)The prototype wire harness taping machine is fabricated and assembled for commissioning.According to the process requirements,the taping process of the new energy wire harness is detemined.The complete machine test of the wire harness taping machine and the new energy wire harness taping test are carried out,which comfirm the stability and taping quality of the wire harness taping prototype.The stability and quality of the prototype wire harness taping machine are comfirmd to be in accordance with the customer’s requirements. |
