With the rapid development of computer hardware and electronic technology,integrated measurement and control system is widely used in industrial production,medical diagnosis,resources,environment,meteorology,traffic detection and other fields,and has achieved great economic and social benefits.In the static test of aircraft structure,especially in the static test of whole aircraft structure,the demand for measuring points is huge,and the demand for control channels is also increasing.However,the early funding is limited,and the test channel based on 100 units can no longer meet the development of aircraft structural static test.How to integrate the existing resources into a larger measurement and control system to meet the test requirements of aircraft static test is a new research field under the condition of insufficient funds.At present,few scholars have studied it.In this paper,the static test and control system of a UAV is taken as the research object,and the synchronous trigger acquisition technology is mainly studied to achieve the unification of the test system;the unification of data flow is achieved by combining different test data;the causes of different measurement faults in EX1629 strain test are studied,and the efficiency of solving strain measurement faults is improved.The LVDT is studied to improve the connection mode of the sensor and make the test site more concise.The MTS Flex Test 200 multi-point coordinated loading system is studied,and the PID and digital IO are adjusted reasonably,so that the test can be completed stably.Through laboratory tests,the new measurement and control system can effectively integrate various subsystems and achieve the unification of hardware and software.It has been successfully applied in the automated static test of a certain type of unmanned aerial vehicle structure.
