The Oscilloscope Calibrator is used for oscilloscope calibration.Because of the influence of environment and improper use,the performance of the instrument decreases.In order to ensure the accuracy of the instrument,the instrument calibration becomes an indispensable tool.At the same time,in order to improve the calibration efficiency,automatic calibration has become an important development direction.Based on the research of instrument control technology,automatic test system,database management technology,data processing method and instrument calibration technology,the automatic calibration system of Oscilloscope Calibrator is realized.It mainly includes two parts: one is to study the automatic calibration method of oscilloscope calibrator;the other is to study how to model the data based on the basic principle of MLP model to solve the practical problems of the measurement data processing of oscilloscope calibrator.Intelligent automatic calibration is realized by combining automatic calibration system with neural network.Specific research contents are as follows:(1)Study the calibration method of oscilloscope calibrator.The calibration methods of amplitude-stabilized sinusoidal wave,frequency-stabilized sinusoidal wave,DC voltage,DC bias voltage,square wave amplitude,load resistance,load capacitance,fast-edge pulse amplitude,linear triangular wave amplitude and linear triangular wave linearity are studied.(2)Design and implement the software system of Oscilloscope Calibrator automatic calibration test.Firstly,the remote control of oscilloscope calibrator,power meter,digitizer,digital multimeter,digital storage oscilloscope and frequency meter is realized,and the automatic test system is established to complete the automatic measurement of each parameter item.Then,the data model is established based on MLP model,polynomial regression model and least square method.Finally,the calibration coefficient is calculated and the error correction compensation is completed.(3)Data management of automatic calibration system.Because of the huge amount of data in the automatic calibration system,it can not be accessed directly by array and linked list.In this dissertation,the database is used to realize data access by using information classification mode.The system can automatically measure the parameters accurately and quickly,model accurately according to the measured values,and correct the errors,so as to complete the automatic calibration of oscilloscope calibrator.The system has been successfully applied in the test project.
