With the continuous development of aviation industry,the requirements for aircraft performance and aircraft structural parts are becoming higher and higher.More than 80% of aircraft structural parts are completed by numerical control machining,so numerical control machining efficiency is an important index of aircraft development and mass production.Numerical control machining efficiency is affected by numerical control machining equipment,machining technology and manufacturing mode.At present,although domestic aviation manufacturing industry has achieved good results in technical innovation,there is still a certain gap in production management compared with foreign advanced manufacturing enterprises.Foreign advanced aviation manufacturing enterprises have the matching advanced technology and management mode,and have realized the development in the industry chain of the product intelligent manufacturing maturity and the product serialization.However,the professional construction of domestic aviation enterprises is still in the first stage,so it is necessary to learn advanced technology and management concepts to realize the rapid development of domestic intelligent manufacturing.In order to promote the parallel strategy of intelligent manufacturing,and shorten the gap between domestic and foreign intelligent manufacturing,this article,based on the thoughts of efficient numerical control machining counter of expertise(COE),using the relevant theories and methods of Lean six sigma,based on process technology,information technology and present situation of production management,by coming the core process of aviation structure parts in numerical control machining process,finding the key problem areas,for the question in production process of multivariate characteristics of the batch processing industry,in order to realize "professional integration and industrialization development",proposes the method of the product classification and the machine tool classification,establishes uniform coding conventions,realizes the professional matching of products and equipment,builds specialized manufacturing units.Further,by transforming complexity into integration,optimizing capacity balance model and scheduling,achieve professional industrial management,develop asynchronous collaborative work patterns,design standard industrial scheme,carry out professional equipment maintenance and protection research,complete the construction of basic conditions for specialized manufacturing,by reforming the mode of production organization,implementing integrated team work mode,establishing and improving the mechanism of personal training and incenting,establishing operation support platform and other measures,support and promote the professional production management of aviation structural parts,realize the high efficiency of numerical control machining of large aviation structural parts,improve production efficiency and productivity,improve product quality and on-time delivery,lay the foundation for enterprises to move towards intelligent manufacturing development.By building specialized manufacturing units,implementing specialized manufacturing management model,and promoting the application in an industrial manufacturing enterprises,the output rate,qualified rate,turnover rate and equipment utilization rate are significantly improved,at the same time,the talent team construction specialization and talent training channel completion are realized,providing an important guarantee for technological promotion and management development.
