On March 15,2015,the promulgation of “Zhongfa No.9 Document” marked the official launch of a new round of power reform in China. The market for electricity sales under the new electricity reform was liberalized. The power sales companies across the country were established one after another. The main operation mode is to purchase electricity from the customers in the electricity market and obtain profit margins. With the increasing number of power sales companies and fierce market share competition, power sales companies also need to face risks such as deviation assessment, market price fluctuations, and single sales model. In this environment, how to sell electricity companies and increase profits becomes more important. At present,China's smart grid is developing rapidly, providing technical support for the demand side to participate in the power market transaction. The power sales company can combine the demand side response project with its own power sales business to avoid risk and improve revenue for the power sales company in the power market.provide assurance. In summary, the research content of this paper is as follows:By analyzing the impact of power deviation on the revenue of the sales company, the revenue model of the power sales company under the deviation assessment is established;the interruptible load demand response and the load return response are introduced into the revenue model to help the sales company reduce the positive and negative deviation power. The maximization of the revenue of the sales company is based on the optimal response model of demand response, which is optimized by the whale algorithm and compared with the results of the unoptimized income model.Under the optimal income model, the sales company has the most profit, which helps the sales company to reduce the loss of revenue caused by the deviation assessment. The lower the electricity purchase price of the electricity sales company is,the more favorable it is to its profit. In this regard, the power generation company's time-of-use electricity price profit strategy is proposed to guide users to reduce the peak-to-valley difference by setting the time-of-use electricity price, thereby reducing the power plant investment andpower generation costs. The company and the power plant offer greater bargaining space when trading, helping the sales company to obtain lower electricity prices. When the time-sharing electricity price is set for the user, the membership function and the kernel fuzzy clustering method are used to divide the typical load curve of the user into the peak-to-valley period, and the multi-target time-of-use electricity price model is established with the largest user satisfaction and the minimum load-to-valley difference.By solving the immune algorithm based on the angle preference selection mechanism, the calculated time-of-use electricity price can effectively reduce the peak-to-valley difference of the user load curve, helping the sales company to reduce the cost of purchasing electricity and increase the profit.Value-added services are the main profit-making methods for the sales companies in the future. They help the sales companies to expand their business scope, increase revenue, analyze the value-added services existing in the current electricity sales market, and design different types of user value-added service solutions to establish user cost considerations. The load transfer value-added service model uses a company as an example to conduct comparative analysis before and after load transfer. The results show that the model can help enterprises save electricity costs, and the electricity sales company can also increase the revenue by charging value-added service fees.
