The catenary is an indispensable part of the electrified railway power supply system and hanging grounding wire is an important measure to ensure the safety of workers and electrical equipment in interruption maintenance of catenary,so that the operation of hanging and dismantling grounding wire must be correct.At present the grounding wire is still managed by manual reporting in the interruption maintenance of catenary,and there are cases of mis-reporting and missed-reporting of checking items,which leads to safety accidents caused by mis-ordering of dispatching.In order to improve the management of grounding wire in outage maintenance of catenary and improve its reliability and efficiency,it is necessary to develop a safety management system for the grounding wire anti-misoperation.In order to satisfy the needs of the full process,visualization and real-time remote monitoring for the working grounding wire during the maintenance process,the grounding wire management system of C/S architecture was build.In this paper,the heartbeat packet mechanism is used to implement a long connection between the client and the server to ensure the real-time performance of the system.Building the GIS platform that composed of Baidu map API and MapXtreme to realize continuous and real-time calibration of working grounding wire state,operation position and geographical location.The method of using data signature technology and non-effective information shielding mechanism is proposed to confirm the source of information,prevent information from being tampered,and shield interference information,which ensure the secure transmission of information and improve the stability of the system.The real-time early warning push mechanism is introduced to realize safe power transmission detection,preventing power transmission with grounding wire,and Tencent Cloud SMS be called to send the test results to the person in charge of the field work.The safety management system developed in Visual Studio 2013 with C#to realize the functions of grounding wire operation status and position visual calibration,grounding wire outcoming and incoming management,all-round inquiry,safe power transmission detection and so on.It satisfies the actual needs of the grounding wire management in maintenance operation,so that the power supply dispatch can grasp the grounding wire state in real time to overcome the management loopholes and security risks.After completing the design and implementation of the system,the experimental function debugging of each functional module of the system was carried out,and the field test was carried out in the maintenance work of the Nanjing South Power Supply Section,and the operation effect was good.
