| The transmission line is often needed to be maintained and repair in daily system ruining.As a peculiar kind of the power transmission line,the overhead contact line is carrying the power supply of the CRH and the electric locomotive.The reliability and continuity of the power supply influences the railway running security directly,so the daily patrol and maintenance of the overhead contact line is indispensable.As a necessary measure of the overhead contact line maintenance,the effective monitoring and management of hanging a grounding wire is of great important.During the overhead contact line maintenance all around China,manual work can’t be avoid,there are no efficient ways to monitor the operating status of the grounding wire.As no scientific management and query mechanism of the usage of grounding wires,there exists long-term loopholes in management and accident hidden trouble.Againstthe traditional deficiencies and loopholes maintained in centralization management and real-time monitoring of the grounding wire.A grounding wire visual monitoring and managerial subsystem based on the GIS platform was introduced in this paper.By using the secondary development of Map X to achieve the grounding wire working statues dynamic display and operating point calibration on the GPS Map.An information sharing subsystem combined Web and ODBC with Ajax technology was developed.Eventually a data communications management platform was built in this paper,which realized the following functions: grounding tools for coding,identification and management,operating statue monitoring and location,power sending safety detection,un-removing alarming,real-time information sharing of cross platform and other functions.This certain platform satisfy the operating needs of the dynamic management and monitoring,successfully achieve the EW monitoring information disperse collecting and centralized management and publishing.This certain system located in the center of the scheduling serve,it can be used on the Maintenance and construction of the electric railway overhead contact line and the electric distribution networks.Visual C++ was selected as the development platform of the visual management subsystem,Microsoft Office Access 2003 as the backend database,serial communication realized using MSCOMM,database accesses by ADO,using Map X conducts Map Info to achieve the secondary development of the GIS system.The information sharing subsystem selected PHP as the developing platform of the Web APP,Microsoft Office Access2003 and My SQL are as the database,introduced the Ajax technology to create an interactive webpage.After the overall design and implementation of complete system,this article has carried on the system of experiment and debugging.A dedicated system based on this system has already been applied to the maintenance operation of the Huashan power substation of the Xi’an power supply section attached to the Xi’an Railway Administration.After a period of running the system works orderly and achieves the anticipative aim. |
