Checking electricity and hanging earth wire link are important measures and means to ensure the safety of the operators and equipments in the standard operation procedure of the catenary power outage operation.Research and develop the management system of the catenary overhaul in hanging ground wire to monitor the operation situation and process of the catenary in real time, and to improve the level of automation of communication between the maintenance site and the dispatching center, which is a great significance to ensure the safety of the operators and the maintenance work normally.This paper develops an anti-misoperation grounding monitoring device to prevent live hanging earth wire .The device has bidirectional communication system and easy operation.On the basis of the analysis of the technical scheme of each functional module, this paper expounds the overall design scheme of the device, the selection of each functional module, hardware circuit design and software programming.Finally, through the experimentation to verify the feasibility of device.The device takes ATmega1280 as the core processor,SIM900A as the GPRS wireless communication module, and combines the electrical inspection, sensors, image acquisition and GPS modules together to form the hardware foundation.First of all, through the detailed study of SIM900A module data wireless transmission algorithm, the image acquisition algorithm of serial camera under the 528 protocol and GPS data acquisition optimization algorithm to implement the monitoring device receives the work tickets and the information acquisition commands sent by the background monitoring system.Collecting and sending out the information of the grounding wire hanging position, the electrical examination result, the earth wire hanging state, the field operation image and other informations in time. And ultimately to achieve the bidirectional communication between the monitoring device and the background system. Secondly, this paper focuses on the design of the detection circuit, and analyzes its working principle in detail,then introduces the detection signal into the ground monitoring device.Through the analysis of electrified railway double track section "V stop, maintenance operations under the condition of the actual potential in the power failure catenary, guiding to the electricity detection module starting voltage setting value, preventing the electricity false alarm phenomenon, improving the sensitivity of electricity.In addition, four optional acquisition modes and the storage and selection of multiple target addresses are designed for the device to adapt to various operating conditions, simplify device operation and improve the work efficiency.
