Study On The Comprehensive Benefits And Monetization Of Sponge Cities

Sponge city benefit measurement is an important part of sponge city construction and also the focus and foundation of sponge city performance evaluation.Due to the multi-objective characteristics of sponge city construction,the research on it is still in the exploratory stage,and there is a lack of relevant research on benefit measurement.In order to further improve the performance evaluation system of China's sponge city construction and promote the development of China's sponge city construction practice,it is of great practical significance to explore its benefits and monetization research.This paper is divided into six chapters,which respectively explore the benefits and monetization of sponge cities from three aspects of theoretical research,benefit evaluation and examples,and finally draw a conclusion.On the basis of the existing research,according to the characteristics and practical application of sponge city construction in China,this paper comprehensively considers the functional part of sponge city construction and the demand and acceptance capacity of the city,and USES the method of benefit identification of function and demand coupling to identify the comprehensive benefit of sponge city construction.According to the characteristics of the sponge of city construction,pay attention to the performance evaluation system of scientific,comprehensive and maneuverability,with reference to the performance evaluation of the urban construction and sponge appraisal indicators,based on the water ecology,water environment and water resources and water safety of the four point of view,selection of 11 quantitative evaluation index and analysis of the connotation of each index,from the economic,ecological and social benefits to build sponge benefit evaluation index system of urban construction.In urban construction sponge recognition and benefits on the basis of the evaluation index system,based on the performance evaluation methods of environmental economics,through analyzing the characteristics of the sponge all the benefits of urban construction,the integrated use of market price,substitute market method,shadow engineering method,the cost of recovery and protection method such as environmental economics method to explore the city construction of various benefits sponge monetization methods.Salty new city being west of this paper,new city construction as an example the research object,the sponge sponge urban construction experimentsite area with a total area of 22.5 km2,in the west new town is being sponge urban construction monitoring and assessment index based on the results of simulation,according to the mentioned above build sponge benefit evaluation index system of urban construction,construction of testing paper summarizes monitoring and the simulation results of assessment index,using constructed sponge monetory method to research the urban construction benefits to monetization is calculated,the construction of cities in the testing sponge in total benefits is 50.9858 million yuan,the economic benefit of 18.9716 million yuan/a,The ecological benefit is 31,403,100 yuan/a,and the social benefit is 611,100 yuan/a.The ecological benefit is 1.66 times of the economic benefit,and the ecological benefit is the most significant,which proves that sponge city construction has good benefits.The results show that the monetization method of sponge city construction benefit has high practical value.The evaluation of this research tries to evaluate the comprehensive benefits of sponge city from the practical situation and objective perspective,so that people can recognize and recognize its value.The evaluation results of this study are expected to provide a reliable reference for the construction of sponge cities in China and contribute to the construction of sponge cities in China.
