Research On The Comprehensive Evaluation System Of Sponge Concept Park Based On FAHP Method

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly points out that the modernization of the harmonious coexistence of man and nature is the modernization we need to build.Under the premise of creating material wealth and spiritual wealth,we need to provide more ecological products that serve the people.The problem of urban water environment has always been a stubborn disease of modern urban construction.The concept and application of sponge city is very effective to solve this problem.However,the construction of sponge city is difficult due to lack of experience,and the promotion and construction speed is relatively slow.As an important part of urban green space,urban park with sponge concept plays an increasingly prominent role in promoting the construction of sponge city.Therefore,in order to improve the comprehensive benefits of sponge Park and promote the promotion and construction of sponge City,it is very important to establish a comprehensive evaluation system of sponge concept park.Based on the summary and analysis of the difficulties in the whole construction cycle of sponge city in China,this paper divides the construction of sponge city into three aspects: beforehand,in-process and afterwards,analyzes the construction difficulties in depth,and puts forward corresponding solutions to each of them,focusing on solving the dilemma of lack of benefit effect evaluation in the post control of sponge city construction.Based on the concept of sponge City,this paper studies the comprehensive benefit evaluation system of sponge concept park according to the criteria of ecological benefit,economic benefit and social benefit.In order to ensure the typical,scientific and systematic principles of the selected indicators,we use the combination of questionnaire method and Delphi method to screen the preliminary indicators.In the process of screening,in order to ensure the reliability of the questionnaire,we calculate the recovery rate and credibility of the questionnaire results.The results show that The results of questionnaire survey are true and reliable,and 20 indexes are established as the final evaluation indexes.Then the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to set the weight of the evaluation index,establish the evaluation standard and evaluation grade,and finally complete the establishment of sponge Park Comprehensive evaluation system.Next,the comprehensive evaluation system of sponge park is empirically carried out based on the actual project.Through calculation,the comprehensive benefit score of B National Wetland Park in a county of Hebei Province is 80.65,and the comprehensive evaluation grade is B.the comprehensive benefit level of sponge park is good,the ecological and social benefits are good,and the economic benefits are somewhat insufficient.Compared with the actual situation on site,the evaluation results are in line with the actual situation Consistent.Finally,the paper puts forward relevantcountermeasures from three aspects of ecological,economic and social benefits to improve the comprehensive benefits of sponge Park,and provides feasible suggestions for accelerating the construction of sponge city.
