As far as the business model innovation of manufacturing enterprises is concerned,the integration of Internet technology provides the possibility of technology for the enterprise,satisfies the diversified customer value proposition,and realizes a variety of value acquisition methods,which also exert the market necessity.Based on the case data of Haier Company from 1984 to 2017 and Changhong Company from 1958 to 2017,using literature analysis,root theory analysis,questionnaire research and case analysis,Haier,Changhongundefineds case study analyzes the influencing factors of manufacturing enterpriseundefineds business model innovation(BMI),and uses multiple linear regression method to verify it under a large sample,and finally describes the evolution path and realization path of manufacturing enterprise business model innovation.And put forward the innovation countermeasure and the suggestion.First of all,taking root-taking theory as the research theory,by analyzing the case of Haier Companyundefineds innovation transformation,the paper makes a preliminary study on the business model innovation of manufacturing enterprises.Based on "external environment-internal environment",a framework for analyzing the influencing factors of business model innovation(BMI)in manufacturing enterprises under the background of"Internet+" is proposed in this paper.And through the Changhong Company innovation transformation case saturation test,revised to based on the "external environment-internal and external interaction" manufacturing enterprise business model innovation(BMI)influencing factors analysis framework.Including the following factors:entrepreneurship,entrepreneurial orientation,market demand,technological innovation,policy support,open learning,TMT awareness and Internet innovation ecological creation.Secondly,an empirical analysis is carried out under a large sample to test the universality of the factors influencing the business model innovation of "Internet+,manufacturing enterprises based on the" external environment-internal and external interaction",which is based on the "external environment-internal and external interaction".A total of 120 pre-survey questionnaires were designed and distributed to test the quality of items,and the final questionnaire was obtained by deleting the unqualified items.Finally,through the statistical analysis of 305 valid questionnaires,the reliability,KMO value and Bartlett sphericity test were verified by concomitant probability,and then the correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were carried out.Finally,we construct the evolution path and realization path of "Internet+"manufacturing enterprise business model innovation(BMI),and prove it by a case.This paper classifies market demand,policy support and technological innovation as external policy factors,entrepreneurship,TMT cognition and entrepreneurial orientation as enterprise cognitive factors,open learning,and Internet innovation ecological creation as innovative learning factors.Through the root-taking theory analysis in chapter three and the multivariate regression analysis in chapter four,the paper constructs the influencing factors model of "Internet+" manufacturing enterprise business model innovation.The fifth chapter constructs the "Internet+" manufacturing enterprise business model innovation evolution path and the "Internet+" manufacturing enterprise business model innovation realization path,provides the theoretical support for the manufacturing enterprise to use the Internet to drive the business model innovation.The evolution path of "Internet+" manufacturing enterprise business model innovation(BMI)is divided into three stages:the traditional business model stage,the Internet business model stage and the industrial Internet-based business model stage.Moreover,the development of industrial Internet drives the business model of manufacturing enterprises to evolve along the"Nine Palace Lattice"model,which is influenced by the initial characteristics of manufacturing enterprises.After analyzing the typical cases,from the angle of government and enterprise,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of(BMI)for the innovation of the business model of manufacturing enterprises on the Internet.The purpose of the study is to provide theoretical and practical guidance and inspiration for manufacturing enterprises to carry out business model innovation,to accelerate the process of manufacturing enterprise networking and the ability to apply industrial Internet innovation,and to reduce the risk of failure of business model innovation transformation.Make the business model innovation of manufacturing enterprise sustainable development,provide the reference for the local enterprise business model innovation and diversification development.
