Research On Business Model Innovation Of Manufacturing Enterprises In Internet Era

The wide application of Internet technology and Internet thinking provides a new way of thinking for the development of traditional manufacturing industry.The concept of "Internet +" has become the value recognized by manufacturing enterprises,and the traditional business mode has been gradually replaced.In the Internet era,the external macro-environment faced by manufacturing enterprises has been changing imperceptibly,and the old business model will inevitably be abandoned by the times.The wide application of Internet technology and Internet thinking provides a new way of thinking for the development of traditional manufacturing industry.The innovation of business model is dominated by the change of external environment.Manufacturing enterprises take the aim of enhancing their competitive power.They take the initiative to cope with the change of environment by means of management innovation,Technological Paradigm Innovation and business model innovation,so as to realize the value creation and value realization of manufacturing enterprises.The "Internet + manufacturing" cross business integration mode is the digestion,absorption and utilization of the Internet technology and Internet spirit by manufacturing enterprises.It is an innovation to the traditional business mode and a response to the changes in the external business environment.Based on this,the content of this paper is to explore how to enhance the core value of enterprises and actively respond to external competition through business model innovation in the context of the Internet era.Firstly,this paper expounds the definition and motivation of business model,business model innovation and business model innovation of manufacturing enterprises,discusses the literature review of manufacturing business model innovation at home and abroad,and studies the relevant theories and influencing mechanism of Internet and business model innovation of manufacturing enterprises.Secondly,this paper analyses the innovative mechanism of traditional manufacturing enterprises’ business model from four perspectives of target customer demand,market competition environment,value chain and industrial chain.Combining with the characteristics of the Internet,this paper discusses the dynamic adjustment of the Internet to the traditional manufacturing enterprises’ business model,establishes the model of manufacturing enterprises’ business model innovation in the Internet era,and puts forward the upstream and downstream of the value network chain.Enterprises help to share resources and provide external guarantee for business model innovation.Intelligent manufacturing and big data applications provide technical support and foundation for business model.Then,taking LeQuan Company as an actual case,this paper discusses the business model innovation of LeQuan Company,analyses the business model canvas and core innovation points of LeQuan,and puts forward specific application based on the business model innovation model and the innovation mechanism of "manufacturing + internet".From the production benefit,economic benefit,social benefit and overall benefit,this paper analyses the business model benefit of LeQuan Company.Finally,this paper puts forward some specific paths,such as defining the value proposition of manufacturing enterprises,expanding the value network chain,improving the level of intelligent manufacturing,enhancing the ability of large-scale data analysis of manufacturing enterprises,and improving the Internet environment,to provide reference measures for LeQuan Company to enhance their core competitiveness and carry out business model innovation.
