Assessment And Safeguard Model Of Water Security In Guangdong Province

Water resource is one of the most important basic resources to support the existence and development of human society,economy and culture.With the rapid development of the economy and society,a series of wading problems such as water shortage,water environment pollution and water disasters have become increasingly prominent,and have gradually become an important factor restricting the sustainable development of the economy,society and the ecological environment.It has been the main challenge faced by all countries in the world.The situation of water security is grim.A colmprehensive analysis and objective assessments of the water security can help us to grasp the situation of water security and formulate improvement mecasures,which has profound significance.This paper sunmmarizes and combs the relevant research 's results of water security.We choose Guangdong Province as the research area and analyze the situation of its water resource as well as the main water security risks,to establish the DPSIR framework model.Twenty-six indicators have been chosen to describe the situation of water security,and we adopt the method of the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Entropy method in calculating the conmpcrehensive weight whit the consideration of the objective and subjective conditions.The theory of multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was adopted to analyze the water security situation of Guangdong Province in the five years from 2013 to 2017.Based on the analysis results,five development models for improving water security status are proposed in a targeted and focused manner,and the five alternative development models are analyzed using the multi-level multi-objcctive fuzzy optimization m odel Based on the analysis results of the development model and the comprehensive assessment results of water security conditions,suggestions for improving the water security situation of Guangdong Province were put forward,which provide reference for the formulation of specific countermeasures.The results show that the water security situation of Guangdong Province has gradually improved in the past five years,and the assessment level has gradually changed from "critical safety" to "safer".The problems of natural population growth rate,the water resources per unit area,concentrations of pollutants and proportion of environmental protection and water conservancy investment are the main factors limiting the improvement of water security in Guangdong Province.Various means and measures should be taken to improve the situation of water security.In this way,to ensure sustainable development of economy,society and ecological environment.
