| As an important part of the new generation of information technology,the Internet of Things,combined with artificial intelligence technology,will create an intelligent vision of the Internet of Everything.With the development of mobile Internet and the accelerated pace of life,take-away delivery has gradually become the dining habit of more and more users in China.At the same time,the distribution problems such as the punctuality of distribution,the safety of the distribution process,and the timeliness of taking meals brought about by the rapid development of the take-out economy have become increasingly prominent.According to the survey data,the white-collar market accounts for the largest proportion of the composition of the take-away market today.As the main distribution place for white-collar users to order meals,office buildings are also facing problems caused by property restrictions,food delivery,loss of meals,and interference in the office environment.Therefore,based on the above factors,this paper will design a smart food delivery product for the delivery of goods in the office building,providing users with high-quality distribution services,and at the same time undertaking the internal and external distribution work to save labor costs and ease the distribution market.Stress and create a good office environment.Through the analysis of the Internet of Things and the office environment,this paper explores the connection effect of the Internet of Things on office buildings and smart food delivery products and the feasibility of intelligent distribution activities in office buildings.At the same time,the existing intelligent distribution products and intelligent technologies are researched,and the main system components and development trends of intelligent food delivery products are summarized.It also focuses on questionnaire surveys of relevant user groups,analyzes user characteristics and current status,and explores user needs in product use based on the workflow of smart food delivery products.On this basis,based on the KANO model,the questionnaire is further determined to determine the user’s needs,and the user demand model is established based on the research results combined with the Better-Worse coefficient to clarify the potential function points of the product.Based on the above research and analysis,the design principles of intelligent food delivery products are summarized and the design practice is guided.In practice,the product function is determined by combining technology and user demand model,and the peripheral dimensions of theproduct are determined according to human-machine analysis;a large number of sketch schemes are produced,and after in-depth and comparison,the final scheme is determined and the product details are improved,a three-dimensional model is established,and finally make physical model validation and display.In addition,the user and product interaction process is analyzed to complete the user interface design.This paper hopes to use the research and analysis of smart food delivery products in the Internet of Things era to learn from the design of intelligent distribution products in the future,so as to improve the efficiency of terminal distribution,improve the quality of distribution services,and promote the rapid development of intelligent distribution products in China. |
