Research On Architectural Space Design Of Old-Age Facilities Under The Combination Of Medical Treatment And Health Care Urban Community

As China’s aging population continues to increase and the proportion of disabled elderly people increases,the traditional mode of old-age care is facing more and more challenges.Therefore,measures combining medical care and old-age service system are proposed to enable the elderly to receive sound medical care services in old-age care facilities.But the current medical a combination of endowment facilities there are many problems in the process of practice function configuration is not reasonable,for example,there are also some endowment facilities in a stylized design from the beginning,less considering the old man’s life habits and psychological needs,and operating management,manpower for the service line equipped with,such as the needs of the work efficiency.As an important part of the elderly care service system,there are still relatively few studies on community elderly care facilities under the combination of medical care and nursing care.Therefore,this paper hopes to study the space of community elderly care facilities under the combination of medical care and nursing care,so as to improve the spatial quality of community elderly care facilities.In order to make this study more targeted,the objects of this study are mainly community elderly care facilities that rely on streets or large residential areas under the condition of combining medical care with nursing care.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation of elderly care in China,sorts out relevant literatures at home and abroad,and analyzes the physical function characteristics and needs of the elderly.Secondly,through the analysis of excellent cases abroad,the overall functional configuration,spatial layout and spatial design points are summarized.Then the different parts of domestic community endowment facilities adopted questionnaire survey,field investigation and information research,understand the current medical have combined with the specific function of community endowment under the condition of facility structure,space layout and space design features and medical combination way,analysis of the current community endowment facilities space layout and function configuration and its existing problems.Finally,combined with the spatial requirements and functional streamline characteristics of the elderly,this paper provides design Suggestions for the current community pension facilities from the aspects of functional configuration,spatial layout and spatial design.Finally,based on the relevant pension facility projects in which the author participated,combined with the proposed spatial layout and spatial design optimization points,the project scheme wasdesigned and analyzed.It is hoped that the key points and design methods of spatial design optimization can provide reference and thinking for the optimization of existing community pension facilities and the design of new community pension facilities.
