Research On Knowledge Management Of Dalian Auto Company

With the coming of knowledge economy era,knowledge as the core resource of enterprises has been paid more and more attention by enterprises.The essence of competition among enterprises is the contest of knowledge.Knowledge management has become the source of competitive advantage of enterprises.However,compared with the enterprises in Germany and France,which have a long history of development and advanced management concepts,there is still a very obvious gap between Chinese enterprises and industries in terms of innovation breakthroughs,rules and regulations,structure and scale,cultural construction,personnel training and enterprise management,especially the advanced knowledge management concepts in me.The manufacturing industry in China has not been effectively utilized.Therefore,this paper evaluates the current knowledge management system of enterprises from the point of view of manufacturing industry and combines the significance and role of case study knowledge management,and puts forward corresponding improvement strategies through the analysis of the evaluation results,which is of reference value to the research and practice of other enterprises in the same industry.The research methods adopted in this paper include literature analysis,investigation and comprehensive analysis.First of all,through collating and consulting a large number of literature,combined with domestic and foreign related theoretical research,knowledge management of enterprises to form a preliminary understanding.Secondly,through the investigation and interview of Dalian Auto Company,face-to-face verification and interviews are conducted among the management level and some front-line employees of the enterprise,and the current situation of knowledge management in Dalian Auto Company is deeply understood.It is found that the existing knowledge management platform of Dalian Auto Company is not standardized and lacks the evaluation body of knowledge management.Departments and enterprises do not pay enough attention to knowledge management.After in-depth analysis,the reasons for the problems of knowledge management in Dalian Auto Company are as follows: lack of incentive and restraint mechanism of knowledge management,difficulty in evaluating the effectiveness of knowledge management,and lack of a good foundation of trust.And put forward the optimization plan for the problems found: first,strengthen staff knowledge management training.Second,establish a sound incentive mechanism.Third,establish an orderly knowledge map and knowledge base.Fourth,establish a knowledge evaluation system.Fifth,improve the knowledge sharing link.Sixth,cultivate the concept of knowledge management.In the first part,under the background of the rapid development of knowledge economy and management science,this paper discusses the purpose and significance of the study of knowledge management in Dalian Auto Company,and puts forward the research ideas and contents of this paper.The second part discusses the related theories of knowledge management,and introduces the basic concepts of knowledge and the definition,classification and characteristics of knowledge management and the basic process of knowledge management,which lays the foundation of this paper.The third part is the current situation of knowledge management in Dalian Auto company.This paper first introduces the basic situation of Dalian Auto Company,then analyzes the present situation of knowledge management in Dalian Auto Company,and finally analyzes and discusses the existing problems of knowledge management in Dalian Auto Company.The fourth part is the optimization scheme of knowledge management system of Dalian Auto company.In view of the existing knowledge management problems found in the previous part of the enterprise,this chapter puts forward relevant suggestions and solutions.The fifth part makes a brief summary of the full text,draws the conclusion of this paper,puts forward the further deepening and improvement of this study,and prospects the research direction.
