Research On The Evaluation Of Traffic Travel Information Quality Of Hebei Provincial Government Based On User Perspective

With the rapid development of the information age,the arrival of the era of big data,historic changes and subversive changes in our lives.Not only brings us a convenient,efficient and fast experience but also brings us all kinds of risks and challenges.The public does not enjoy high-quality information,however,information quality issues continue to emerge.Government information is the authoritative source of information that the public trusts,Government traffic travel information is part of government information,and its quality issues have a major impact on public travel.Based on this,this study builds the information quality evaluation indicator of government traffic travel that evaluates the government traffic information quality of Hebei Province from the user’s perspective,analyzing the quality problems of the traffic information quality of Hebei Province based on the current situation of traffic information construction in Hebei Province and proposing Recommendations for improvement.This study is based on the user perspective of Hebei Provincial Government traffic travel information quality evaluation research,with Hebei Province traffic travel users as the sbject of evaluation,the Hebei Provincial Government traffic travel information quality as the object evaluation,this study is based on literature analysis method,questionaire survey method and expert survey method.Research process is as follows:Firstly,based on the literature analysis method,expert survey method and user-perceived questionnaire survey method,combined with the characteristics of traffic information to filter the indicators.The government traffic travel information quality evaluation indicator has been adjusted from the information quality indicators to the selection,improvement and determination that ensures the scientificity and rationality of the indicators.Finally,the government traffic travel information quality evaluation indicators are divided into 13 government traffic travel information quality Evaluation indicators under the four dimensions of information presentation,information content,information availability and information utility.Secondly,based on the identified government traffic travel information quality evaluation indicators,the Hebei provincial Government traffic travel information users as the survey object for the questionnaire survey,divided into pre-survey and formal survey,through the questionnaire reliability test and single-sample T test,the results show that the traffic information of Hebei Provincial Government has certain quality problems in terms of consistency,accuracy,traceability and timeliness,and needs to be improved in terms of informative,normative,comprehensive and relevance,at the same time,combined with the current situation of traffic information construction of Hebei Provincial Government and analyzes the causes of quality problems.Finally,based on the construction of government traffic travel information quality evaluation indicators and the evaluation of Hebei Provincial Government traffic travel information quality,the recommendations for the improvement of government traffic travel information quality are proposed from the aspects macro,meso and microscopic,which is beneficial to the government traffic department from users.It is beneficial to the government transportation department to provide users with more high-quality and efficient traffic travel information from the perspective of users,thereby improving their satisfaction.
