Heating Furnace Quality Assurance System And Quality Information Systems Research

This paper discusses the management ideology and guiding principles of ISO quality system standards and QFD (Quality Function Deployment). By analyzing the characteristics of the quality formation of heating stove and its life-cycle at different stages, we determine the quality control point of the heating stove production of all the links. After a careful study of the key quality control point, we establish a set of perfect, scientific and effective quality guarantee systems about heating stove production according to QFD and ISO. It makes the known factors affecting products quality under control all the time, and quality control & management put in the whole process of designing, producing and after-sales service. Therefore, it will provide feasible references for improving the ability to develop new products and transform old products, strengthen the inner quality guarantee & management and increase customers' contentment. It will also provide a strong support for the enterprises to take part in the international technical cooperation and communication, promote their products into the international market, and to gain full trust from partners.This paper has also studied and set up a quality information system which is used by all the enterprises, which manufacture heating stoves, to speed up their collection, analysis, process and feedback of the quality information so that it can assure the safety, integrity and effectiveness of quality system. It also provides an important guarantee for optimizing management, quality, price and service.This subject provides a feasible reference for raising the product quality and comprehensive competitive ability of the same-kind enterprises.
