Quality Management Of Ship New Building

This paper based on the third part of ship new building site supervision,studying the production management of one large ship building company in China.Study some knowledge of management and project management,and apply the knowledge to ship new building production process,issue ship new building project management,specially the management of quality.Ship new building quality management focus on the preparation and progress control and management,connecting with design stage,hull block stage,block outfitting stage,pre-erection and erection stage,jetty stage,mooring test and sea trial stage,delivery stage,and every stage will be divided again into smaller groups,summarize every stage and all hull structure,machinery & electrical,paint quality band together,analyse the quality management of ship new building in new century.With the software program and real time monitoring the whole production,analyze and control the whole production and guide the production following the schedule.The paper study the following items and makes the conclusion:(1)Knowledge of management and project management,together with ship new building practice issue the result: focus on the preparation before production and progress control of quality.(2)Analysis of ship new building project management character,key points(3)Key point of quality management of ship building,progress control,make the production follow the shipbuilding plan.
