Research On Quality Management Of YT Ship Project Of H Company

In recent years,as the global economy continues to weaken,the living environment for ship construction enterprises will be worse,and the competition in the shipbuilding industry will be more intense.In the new global economic situation,shipbuilding enterprises face more serious competition and challenge.Under this situation,the shipbuilding enterprises strengthen the ship building process of quality management,improve the quality of the construction of ship products to enhance the competitiveness of shipbuilding enterprises have important meaning,and to improve the status of shipbuilding enterprises in market competition effectively protected.Based on the analysis of relevant research status at home and abroad,this paper studies related concepts,including quality management theory,quality management in shipbuilding enterprises,etc.The YT ship project of H company studied in this paper is that a military ship project has been rebuilt through a civil ship project,the purpose of this paper is to study how to quickly familiarize the project construction team with GJB standard requirements through quality management,so that the YT ship project can accomplish the project construction task with high quality.This paper analyzes the problems and difficulties in the quality management of YT ship project from several aspects of quality management,and based on GJB9001 B "quality management system requirements" requirements,from the quality goal planning,production process quality control,independent quality management and construction real-name system and so on several aspects to carry out the quality management of ascension is studied.And the corresponding implementation measures have been formulated.In the construction process of the project,the implementation effect of project quality management is improved through PDCA cycle management process.Through the above research and work improvement,the quality management level of YT ship project has been improved obviously.The construction quality of the first ship of YT ship project is good,and the construction quality of the follow-up ship is steadily improved.It has strong theoretical significance and practicality,and applies the idea of project quality management to shipbuilding practice.And it also provides some reference for the quality management of the ship restructure project.This paper tries to explore some methods of ship project quality management adapted to the form of civil-military integration.
