Pressure vessels are mainly used for heat exchange and gas or liquid storage.The pressure vessel workshop of A company is based on the production of heat exchanger.The volume of its main products is about 15 cubic meters,and the weight of the container is more than 1 tons.Therefore,in the process of production,the power demand of the logistics is very big.For this type of production workshop facility layout,not only need to consider the material flow,but also need to consider the problem of production safety,if workshop facilities layout is not scientific,not only the total logistics is high,but also prone to accidents.Therefore,it is necessary to study the layout of pressure vessel manufacturing workshop。This paper analyzes and studies the related theory and related technology of workshop facilities layout at home and abroad,and puts emphasis on the analysis of the layout design of the workshop under the principle of SLP(system layout design).In order to strengthen the research of related theories and solve practical problems.In order to solve the problems existing in the layout of the existing workshop,the facility layout of the pressure vessel manufacturing workshop of a certain A Chemical Equipment Co.,Ltd.is studied.First of all,the paper analyzes the relationship between the logistics and non logistics in the workshop,and gets the relationship of the working units.According to the close relationship of each functional area and the area graphic method,a new layout plan of the workshop is obtained.In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the optimized scheme,a new scheme is proposed to reduce the total logistics amount of 27.3% of the existing workshop by the addition calculation under the close coefficient.At the same time,by increasing the area of bottleneck captured after the optimization,the new scheme makes the production line balance rate increased from 21.2% to 25.7%.The results show that the optimized scheme can improve the safety,flexibility and efficiency of the workshop.Therefore,the study of the existing workshop facilities layout improvement is successful.
