Abstract/Summary:
Although China’s overall manufacturing productivity in recent years is steadily improving,but compared with the United States,Japan and other countries,there is still a large gap,especially small and medium-sized enterprises in the traditional labor-intensive production workshop,low automation rate,management confusion,low productivity,greatly affecting the production efficiency of enterprises.Production line as a place directly related to production,production line balance and layout of reasonable planning and design can affect the production efficiency of products,workers’ enthusiasm for production,while reducing handling,storage costs,so the design of a more reasonable and efficient,smooth and smooth production line can promote small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises to a faster and stronger road.In order to solve the above problems,this paper takes C company fin evaporator production workshop production line as the research object,takes computer technology as the tool,uses mathematics and layout planning design method,optimizes the production line balance and layout planning of the workshop,and provides reference for traditional small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.The main work is as follows:First of all,this paper investigates the basic situation of C company fin evaporator production workshop,including the production of products,process flow,workshop layout and production line of the operation time of each process,and analyzes the current production line is deficient,determine the need for optimization.Then the balance and layout of the fin evaporator workshop production line are optimized.First of all,according to the production characteristics of the fin evaporator workshop to establish constraints,build a mathematical model of line balance,and use lingo software for computational solution,to arrive at the production line load balance of the station allocation scheme.Then,on the basis of the station allocation scheme of line load balance,the SLP method is considered to improve SLP implementation process based on non-logistics relationship quantification and genetic simulation annealing algorithm,and a mathematical model solution is established to improve the accuracy of the layout scheme and obtain a new line layout optimization scheme.The optimization scheme results of the above study show that whether it is judged from the simulation-based line idle rate index,the production line balance rate index,or through questionnaire survey from the logistics efficiency,storage efficiency,employee satisfaction three indicators of the production line layout evaluation,the shortcomings of the production line have been greatly improved,to verify the effectiveness of the production line optimization design process involved in this paper.
