With the continuous development of the global economy and society,the demand for energy is increasing,and the reform of the electricity market is also deepening.Especially in the process of the development of the power grid,the users of the power supply require more reliability and economic.The power industry continues to improve the existing technology to build a more secure,reliable,environmentally friendly and economic intelligent power grid.In order to make the new energy flexible access to the grid,to ensure the clean and efficient operation of the power grid,developed countries at home and abroad take the lead in the development of smart grid,including the theory,technology and demonstration projects.In the research of the development of the smart grid,the performance of the energy storage system and the large-scale application of the energy storage system can be improved.With the rapid development of smart distribution grid and energy storage system,it is needed that a comprehensive evaluation of energy storage technology economic benefits for intelligent distribution network development,to provide reference for the planning and design of intelligent substation reformation and operation.At present,the research of smart grid in our country is mainly concentrated on the strong power grid,and the research of smart distribution grid is relatively slow.At present,China has established a comprehensive economic benefit evaluation for the construction of a strong power grid,including smart grid planning,technical support,the development.Abroad,such as IBM smart grid maturity model,the European Union smart grid revenue assessment system,they are for the smart grid benefit evaluation.To have high market arbitrage for maximum economic benefits,energy storage system is researched in different business mode.Also the energy storage system is researched from the perspective of the economic benefits of electricity.Aiming at the problems in the field of research,such as the slowness,the index not comprehensive and the evaluation is not standard,this paper provides a comprehensive method of evaluating the energy storage system in the smart distribution grid.In this paper,firstly,the technical characteristics of smart distribution grid structure and the application of energy storage system are analyzed.Secondly,from the point of view of the rapid development of the special energy storage system-electric vehicle and battery swapping station to general energy storage system,the technical and economic comprehensive evaluation method is studied.The first step,study the structure of the electric car and battery swapping station and electric vehicle charging station operation mode,select the battery swapping mode to establish a cost and revenue model,including land costs,equipment costs,project construction and management cost,information system cost,purchasing electricity cost,operation and maintenance costs,labor cost and operating income,discharging income,capacity income,electricity income and simple the objective function and constraints on the model.The second step,study the general energy storage system,to establish a cost and revenue model,including equipment cost,project construction and management cost,operation and maintenance costs,labor cost and operating income,grid loss income,discharging income,capacity income,electricity income and simply the objective function and constraints on the model.The third step,calculation analysis,the economic model for electric vehicle and battery swapping station and general energy storage system are calculated.The lithium battery system as an example is accessed into the IEEE5 node distribution system and IEEE30 node distribution system,the optimization of the economic configuration is analysed,and the feasibility and effectiveness of comprehensive evaluation method is verified.
