| In modern society,more and more high-rise buildings and large-scale workshops require huge amounts of electrical energy.In the face of this huge load,as a distribution device with high current transmission,the busbar system,efficiency,is adapted to the needs of increasingly high buildings and large-scale factory economic rational wiring.At the same time,the safety-running of the busway is getting more important.Due to the changes about environment(ambient temperature,humidity,disturbances,etc.)the heat dissipation performance of the busway itself is affected,so short-circuit accidents ofen 0ccured in some wind farms.The reason is that,due to the external environment changes,the temperature of conductor connection rised unnormally,damage to the insulation layer,resulting in short-circuit arc,because of the wind farm environment,and tower vertical installation height of nearly 90 meters,artificial site survey is unrealistic,so It is particularly necessary to build a real-time online monitoring busbar running condition and have early warning function of the system.In this paper,we analyzed the application background of intelligent busbar and the solutions to presented systematically from the users’ field problems,and the scheme is analyzed and finally configured.From the view of hardware and software,we carried out the feasibility analysis of the program,at last we finally determined the busbar real-time online monitoring system.The Smart Integrated Monitoring And Controlling System for Busbar,which integrates a variety of types of collection sensors,sends commands through the server.The monitoring system is equipped withdata display function.Users can cheak the nodes information on the host computer management system gathering-data help users to create a temperature field model and prevent the system from malfunction.The system is based on the data analysis,the collection cycle needs eight months to expand the integrity of the database.Because the data collection is changing with the seasonsAccording to the historical datas collected by the system,we established the simulation model,and we revise the model by using the MINITab.Finally,the new datas were used to verify the accuracy of the model.By comparing the new data(input)of value and set-warning data of system,once the former is higher than the setting number,it will send out alarm to the users,Receiving the information,users need to go to the work field to conclude that cut off the circuit or not and electricity self-inspection.At this point,SIMACS system completed the initial objectives raised by the project to a large extent,the project has been successfully used in China Railway Longcang,China Mobile of chengde,Long Yuan envision Wind,China Bottle,Ping An Bank,etc.It helps enterprise to improve product competitiveness,created nearly thousands of benefits for the enterprise,ang it also has won the popularity from the low voltage market. |
