The safety monitoring system is an important part of realizing the automatic management of the Yellow River sluice.It collects,analyzes,statistics and stores the safety data of the sluice to realize the scientific management and protection of the safety status of the Yellow River sluice.During daily maintenance,hidden danger analysis and fault alarm,Trend prediction and other aspects play an important role.The real-time monitoring and early warning system plays a significant role in promoting the safety of the sluices for diversion of the Yellow River,the unified management of the monitoring points of the sluices,the optimization of the data collection process,the improvement of the ability to prevent hidden dangers,and the extension of the project life.This subject combines the actual situation of a Yellow River sluice in Binzhou,based on a data collection platform,combined with relevant national standards and theoretical knowledge,to conduct professional analysis of the data and study the key technologies of the safety real-time monitoring and early warning system of the Yellow River sluice.First,the data acquisition platform of the safety monitoring system is studied,the monitoring program based on serial communication technology is designed in detail,and the remote monitoring of the collected data is designed.The function modules mainly include custom formula calculation module,serial communication module,data monitoring module and data processing module.The B / S framework is adopted for remote monitoring,which expands the feasibility of real-time monitoring of platform security.Secondly,the early warning index evaluation system is studied,and the method of dividing early warning interval and building early warning model is established.Aiming at the characteristics of the safety data of the Yellow River sluice structure,an early warning modeling method based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to determine the early warning interval and the combination of multiple linear regression and gray prediction is proposed.Among them,the gray prediction method is used for trend prediction for the low-level indicators of one-sided points,and the multiple-level linear regression is used for the early warning modeling of the advanced indicators,and it is verified by the monitoring data of the horizontal displacement safety indicators.Finally,the goal of real-time monitoring,related analysis and early warning of the sluice structure data is realized by using software tools.
