Air-conditioning equipment is a big energy consumer in textile factories,accounting for about 25%-30% of the total power consumption of textile factories,and water consumption in summer accounts for 40% of the total water consumption of the whole factory.The automatic adjustment of textile air conditioners can not only ensure the stability of temperature and humidity in the textile workshop,but also reduce the operating energy consumption of air-conditioning equipment to a certain extent.Therefore,the research of textile air-conditioning control system has always been a hot issue.However,the textile air-conditioning automatic control system has problems such as low control accuracy,high energy consumption,and high investment cost during operation.Based on the above background,this article takes the temperature and humidity of the textile workshop as the adjustment object,effectively combines the basic theory of air conditioning in the textile workshop and the related knowledge of automatic control and regulation,and determines the overall control goal and design plan of the textile air-conditioning automatic control system.The concrete realization method of the scheme is given.Secondly,this paper adopts automatic selection of working conditions and intelligent wind window opening control,rationally utilizes outdoor fresh air cold source and reduces cold and heat offsets,and optimizes the energy-saving scheme of the system.The expert PID algorithm is used to adaptively adjust the output frequency of the blower and the circulating water pump,and the PID parameters are adjusted in real time through expert rules,so that the system control performance is steadily approaching the expectation.According to the principle of humidity priority,cascade adjustment is used to improve the adjustment quality and ensure that the relative humidity can reach the set value more accurately.Next,according to the proposed control strategy of the textile air-conditioning automatic control system,combined with the existing air-conditioning equipment,the control hardware is selected,using the 60ES200 TE PLC and the corresponding analog input and output expansion modules,plus temperature and humidity sensors,touch screens and air valve actuators The choice of hardware has completed the construction of the hardware,which minimizes the system investment and shortens the investment payback period.In terms of software,it has completed the programming of temperature and humidity acquisition module,system failure alarm,enthalpy value calculation,working condition selection,wind window control and expert PID control.By calling the written subroutine module,the program code is simplified and the scanning time is reduced.The program structure was optimized while completing the system requirements.After the installation of the system was completed,the debugging of the control system and the selection of related control parameters were carried out.The reformed air-conditioning automatic control system has better realized the stable operation of temperature and humidity in the workshop and has obvious energy-saving effects.Based on the analysis of the annual operating data,the modified air-conditioning automatic control system can control the workshop temperature at ±0.7℃ and the relative humidity at ±2.5%.At the same time,the energy-saving effect of the system is also obvious.The energy-saving rate of cold working conditions is 8.09%,the energy-saving rate of transitional working conditions is 12.30%,and the energy-saving rate of high temperature working conditions is 6.93%.According to the requirements of temperature and humidity in textile workshops and the problems and deficiencies of air-conditioning automatic control systems in some textile enterprises,this paper discusses energy-saving automatic control methods for air-conditioning in textile factories,and realizes effective control of workshop environment temperature and humidity through equipment selection and ladder diagram compilation.Finally,the operating data shows that the system can stably control the temperature and humidity of the textile workshop,and can achieve obvious energy-saving effects.
