The environmental and resource problem are the major problems faced by humancurrently. Environmental pollution and the waste of resources have caused serious influenceon the survival and development. The automobile manufacturing industry which is fullswing as now is one of the most important industries of the national economy. It takes a lotof resources in the manufacturing cycle of automobile and has significant influence on theenvironment. The automobile groups also want to solve those problems. For automobilegroups, It’s a common problem that how to introduce an advanced manufacturing mode forbalancing development of the social and the economic benefits of the enterprise, which isfaced by the auto industry.First of all, the paper has introduced the green manufacturing and related theoryknowledge, furthermore, analyzed requirement and necessarily of green manufacture(especially for auto groups). The paper has proposed to setup an auto enterprise greenmanufacturing mode with five layers, its including green manufacturing goal layer, greenmanufacturing process technology, auto green manufacturing support system, greenmanufacturing support technology layer and the whole life cycle of automotivemanufacturing line. Based on green manufacturing mode, the theses of the key technology ofgreen manufacturing process technology layer have been studied in this paper.①This paper has proposed that the extension AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process, theAHP) and fuzzy evaluation method to establish evaluation model for effective evaluation onthe effect of the implementation of green manufacturing.②This paper has proposed a model about the cloud manufacturing resourcesoptimization allocation, using the cloud manufacturing in manufacturing resourcesoptimization technology to optimize resources configuration.③Combined with the present situation of automobile lifecycle processing technologyall of the world, the paper has pointed out the problems existing in the automobile recyclingand reusing in our country and proposed a model about the recovery system of theautomobile structure in further, finally, to enhance the management of automobile lifeeventually period processing have been proposed. ④In this paper, the author have studied the key technologies of green design, greenmaterials, green technology planning, disassembly and recycling-oriented aspects of greendesign, green packaging and handling systems to establish green design study proposes agreen car manufacturing companies design and operation mode.⑤For the car manufacturer presents a clean production system, by improving thegreen production technology, the introduction of advanced energy saving equipment,optimize decision-making system, the end of the harmless treatment and recycling and othermeasures we can reduce pollution and resource consumption on the environment.Research results of this paper successfully applied to Chongqing Lifan Automobile Co.,Ltd., and have achieved some practical applications.In this paper, there are also some shortcomings, mainly in this paper, the keytechnologies of green design is also a lack of basic data, the lack of a model to evaluate theenvironmental impact and resource consumption tradeoff comprehensive evaluation did rightgreen standards related to formulate a preliminary specification.
