With the continuous increase of civil aviation traffic,the airport flight capacity is close to saturation.At the same time,due to the development of intelligent transportation driven by artificial intelligence technology,the traditional airport operation control method has been unable to meet the current and future development requirements.The flight ground support process is a key link in the operation of the airport.The perception and assessment of the situation is a prerequisite for the realization of smart operation.However,since the flight ground support is a promiscuous control process,the parameters involved are complicated and uncertain.Therefore,how to design an objective and effective flight ground support dynamic effectiveness evaluation method system has become a research hotspot and difficulty in improving the airport's operational capability and service quality.The effectiveness evaluation mainly studies the gap between the actual situation of the airport operation and the expectation.Taking into account the complexity and particularity of the evaluation process,the flight ground support time model and the queue model are optimized firstly,and the factors affecting the flight ground support are systematically analyzed in combination with historical data.Secondly,based on the analysis of its internal processes,according to the key nodes and link parameters,the multi-dimensional process evaluation index and the data-driven dynamic prior weight update function are studied.The process effectiveness evaluation method is designed based on the perimeter and area of the effectiveness graph.At the same time,the flight ground support operation index system is constructed from the perspectives of external operation queue,condition and quality.The time-varying cooperative entropy weight method is proposed.The operation effectiveness evaluation method is obtained with the core idea of “layering-aggregation”.Finally,the fuzzy reasoning is used to solve the dynamic effectiveness environment factor.Based on the single flight superposition,a multi-flight ground support effectiveness evaluation method system is established,and the autonomous decision-making method of the flight ground support process is explored.Through the objective verification and comparison analysis of the actual operation guarantee data,the method dynamically evaluates the ground support operation situation of the airport flight,and reflects the actual situation of the airport operation to some extent.The research results provide decision-making basis for ensuring resource scheduling and launching control,and have certain theoretical and practical value.
