Aircraft system performance measures the fighter aircraft’s ability to perform tasks. Aircraft systemperformance analysis is based on the main factors affecting the aircraft’s effectiveness, systemsanalysis methods is used to find a algorithm to describe the ability that the aircraft could perform thetasks, and make a reasonable assessment finally. In this paper, a project has been made to use as abackground, which research the fighter aircraft system effectiveness, the relationship has beendiscussed that between aircraft system performance and efficiency of aviation maintenance units.Main tasks in this paper have been completed as follows:According the Significant impact of the natural properties as reliability, maintainability, andsupportability to the aircraft lifetime, ADC effectiveness model is used to ensure the aircraft’s RMSeffectiveness indicators, by integrate the parameters of reliability, maintainability, and supportability.Aviation maintenance unit is chose to act as the research subject, and first Entropy-DEA model isused to discuss the efficiency of the Aviation maintenance movement. Entropy weights have given tothe input and output resources separately. But judge as the Difference between the Results and theactual, Expert weights has been integrate with the AHP and DEA, to modify a new way called Expertweight integrated AHP-DEA, and the experiment shows that it’s a effective way.Base on the Expert weight integrated AHP-DEA, and the actual situation also should be considered,qualified the resource that been used in the Aviation maintenance and support activities then analysiscan give a better result, a projection analysis has been chose to do the improvement of the efficiency,and received a feasible solution.Experimental results show that the results of this study have important practical significance andengineering application of large value within a certain range.
