With the improvement of the material standard of living and the rapid development of various types of economic support in rural areas,various kinds of electric appliances,electric motors and charging piles,which are convenient for people in mountainous areas,have become popular in people's daily lives.While it brings convenience to people's lives,it also brings great challenges to the development of power supply reliability and control of power quality stability.In his speech at the 19 th National Congress,General Secretary Xi put forward the "Comprehensive Implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy and Promoting the Construction of Beautiful Villages." As the national team,power grid companies actively implement the purpose of the people's power industry as the people's enterprise and participate in the construction of beautiful mountains.At present,the basic feature of the 0.4kV station load at the residential end of the distribution network is that the load varies greatly between the spring,summer,autumn and winter seasons and the different time sections,and the voltage fluctuates greatly in the station area.For the Shaoguan area,there are many vertical and horizontal distribution of mountains and rivers,and abundant water resources.Small hydropower access to the Internet has led to a generally high voltage in the network from June to September in the summer,and the voltage in the Gaodianya area is in the state.In the rest of the year,especially during the winter months from January to February,when the peak load season and during the peak hours of noon and evening,the voltage in the 0.4kV Station area is in a low voltage state,especially in poor rural areas or mountainous areas due to terrain restrictions.The straight line distance of power supply is long,Inequilibrium of low voltage three-phase load current,difficulty of transformation,management do not pay attention to and other reasons,the situation of overload burning low-voltage lines,high line loss anomaly rate,voltage upper limit and lower limit is common,among which voltage quality instability problem is particularly prominent.In accordance with the overall requirements of the 13 th Five-Year Plan for rural economic and social development and the new type of urbanization,Guangdong Electric Grid Corporation has continued to carry out special rectification of low-voltage stations in poor areas,and completed the rectification of low voltage stocks in rural areas.We will substantially increase the level of electricity safety and power quality protection for agricultural networks.It can be seen how to solve the problem of voltage quality stability mentioned above byadopting effective management methods,improving the level of theoretical calculation and voltage monitoring,and medium-and long-term planning and construction,and meeting the demand for electricity that people aspire to enjoy a better life has become a guarantee for normal work and life.The question of improving the efficiency of economic development needs to be answered urgently.In this paper,the present situation and reason analysis of the power quality problem of the 0.4kV network in Shaoguan mountainous area are mainly aimed at the characteristics of inadequate voltage quality management,weak network and insufficient technical power.This paper studies how to calculate and dynamically monitor the power quality theory of0.4kV station area of mountain distribution network through effective management methods and technical methods,and explores new technologies and new planning ideas for low-voltage management in mountainous areas to improve the voltage quality of electric clients in mountain areas.We also selected the low-voltage stations in typical mountain distribution networks for pilot monitoring and renovation,summarized the implementation plans and optimization directions for voltage control in the 0.4kV stations in mountainous distribution networks,and formed a system management standard and planning and construction site guidance recommendations.Economically,efficiently and comprehensively solve the problem of power quality in the 0.4kV low-pressure platform area of the mountain distribution network.
