Mechanical ventilation system in the basement of buildings is one of the most easily and frequently used energy-consuming items in daily life,and it is related to the comfort and safety of people's daily life.Study on mechanical ventilation system of building basement,this paper starts with the testing data prepared by certain testing company in Guangzhou in 2016-2017,as well as systematically studies and summarizes the energy saving measures of mechanical ventilation system in basement of building from design,construction,acceptance,operation to policy by applying the knowledge and experience of electrical,control and ventilation engineeringFrom system design,construction & acceptance,operation & management to policy & economy,this paper summarizes the influencing factors of energy consumption per-unit air volume of mechanical ventilation system in the basement of buildings by statistical & analytical method for the testing data.as well as summarizes energy saving measures in design stage of ventilation ducts based on the theory of ventilation system from the parts of ventilation ducts,fan and control.This paper focuses on the resistance to air flow in the ventilating ducts,the pressure distribution in the ventilating duct,the calculation steps and contents of the most commonly used assumed velocity method.It proposes to replace the existing backward control mode with the domestic economical general-purpose inverter Variable Voltage and Variable Frequency(VVVF)control system and to improve the energy saving effect of the fan by changing from the single speed or double speed to multi-level precision speed regulation.Through the SIMULINK simulation platform,the frequency conversion speed regulation system with the U/? is constant control mode is adopted to realize the multi-stage speed regulation of the three-phase asynchronous motor under different frequency conditions and stator compensation voltage is added to increase the torque during the low speed stage when the motor is started at the rated load.The control system adapts to the rotating speed open-loop control and no speed sensor is needed.The control circuit is relatively simple.The motor adopts the universal standard asynchronous motor,which has high cost performance and reduces power consumption and cost investment while ensuring good ventilation and speed regulation effects.This paper summarizes the energy-saving measures for construction & acceptance,operation & management,policy & economy and discusses the current construction of building energy conservation related laws,regulations,policies,regulations and standardized guarantee system in China.This paper proposes intelligent integrated operation management system such as building equipment management system and that it is necessary to study more targeted economic incentive policies on the basis of the existing economic incentive policies based on building energy efficiency standards and labels,to make change according to the actual situations and to mobilize the enthusiasm of all parties involved in energy conservation.
