Research On Optimizing The Reconstruction Of Urban Villages In Guangzhou Based On Interest Game

With the advancement of urbanization in China,the urbanization rate in China has exceeded 50%.Urbanization has achieved remarkable results in quantity.However,due to the long-term dual management system of urban and rural areas,the phenomenon of village in city has formed.How to promote the smooth and orderly transformation of village in city has become a matter of great concern to the whole society.At present,there are 272 urban villages in Guangzhou.These villages occupy a large number of inefficient urban land,which do not match the quality of urban space.As a result,Guangzhou's urban competitiveness has been challenged to a certain extent and become a hindrance to the development of urban modernization.At the same time,the poor quality of living environment,mixed population,weak municipal infrastructure,outstanding fire safety hidden dangers,inadequate public service facilities,have a negative impact on social security,safety and other aspects,and also affect the living environment of villagers in the city.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the urban space quality,revitalize the stock of inefficient land,optimize the structure of industrial land,achieve the goal of enhancing urban competitiveness,optimize the living environment of urban villagers,and improve the quality of life of villagers.There are many conflicts of interest in the reconstruction of urban villages,such as the government's compensation standard for demolition and resettlement,the location and quality of resettlement houses,and the developers' maximization of interests in order to protect public interests.How to reduce the game conflict between the parties in the transformation and realize the win-win of the interests of all the subjects is a problem that city managers must consider.This paper deeply studies the game among the various stakeholders,analyses the conflict points of the game,and puts forward the optimization idea of the transformation of the village in the city,so as to realize the balance and win-win of the stakeholders and promote the transformation of the village in the city smoothly and orderly.Firstly,this paper puts forward the relevant concepts and basic theoriesin the transformation of urban villages,analyses and summarizes the relevant theoretical research and the practice of the transformation of urban villages in major cities.Secondly,it summarizes and studies the transformation of urban villages in Guangzhou,and summarizes the general situation,transformation process,transformation ideas and transformation practice of urban villages in Guangzhou.Thirdly,it summarizes the basic situation of urban villages in Guangzhou.From the perspective of interest game,this paper analyses the game goal,process and strategy of the main body's interests in the reconstruction of urban villages.Finally,in view of the conflict of the game,this paper puts forward the optimization idea of the transformation of urban villages,aiming at realizing the goal of Co-construction and sharing through consultation.The interests of the three parties should be positioned in the transformation,and the government should further improve the policy,establish a fair compensation system for interests,and guarantee it.Village collective income,establish a standardized,open and fair market order,so as to safeguard the interests of the three parties,achieve a balanced and win-win situation of all stakeholders,and promote the smooth and orderly transformation of urban villages.
