"Urban villages" is a common phenomenon in China’s urbanization process and a product left over from the rapid urban expansion.Under the current background of new-type urbanization,urban villages must be transformed in order to ensure the quality of urbanization development.However,the number of participants,large investment and long construction cycle involved in urban village reconstruction bring many difficulties to urban village reconstruction,and the key to promote urban village reconstruction is to solve the benefit distribution problem of participants.In view of the benefit distribution of urban village reconstruction,this paper first selects the three interest subjects of urban village reconstruction through no n-cooperative game theory,and finally forms three feasible reconstruction modes.Secondly,based on the cooperative game theory,under the assumption that each participant is risk-neutral,the shapley value model is used to carry out prelimin ary benefit distribution for the transformation model of tripartite cooperation,and the distributable proportion of transferable interests of each interest subject is de termined based on the quantization of the internal benefit pattern of each particip ant.Then,based on the risk sharing theory,the main risks in the process of urb an village reconstruction are found,and the grey clustering risk evaluation model based on the empowerment of OWA operator is applied to find out the correcti on coefficient of the transfer interests of each participant.Finally,this model is applied to a village reconstruction project in an urban area.By comparing the th eoretical transferable income distribution ratio between the participants solved by the model and the actual income distribution ratio directly calculated in the case,the realistic reconstruction scheme can be evaluated and the formulation of urba n village reconstruction scheme can be guided.The results show that the transferable income distribution proportion of the government,villagers and developers in the project is 2:8:8X(0.75≤X≤1),the correction coefficient of risk sharing is: 0.412:0.232:0.356,and the revised income distribution scale is: 2:4:2.25-2:4:3,while the actual income distribution proportion ofthe three parties is: 2:7:5.It indicates that the actual economic benefits of the government are low and the risk sharing is high.The villagers share the least risk and have high economic benefits.The risk-sharing and economic benefits of developers are relatively reasonable.The research results will find a scientific interest equilibrium solution for the reasonable distribution of benefits among the participants in the urban village reconstruction,and have important reference significance for the rationality of the urban village reconstruction scheme.
