With the rapid development of China’s economy,high-power diesel engine as the core power equipment is widely used in various fields.The quality of diesel engine status directly affects the power,economy and reliability of the corresponding system.The existing monitoring system for high-power diesel engine in China is relatively single,not very versatile,and the technical research is also in a backward state.It mainly relying on imports,which is expensive and does not use secondary development.Therefore,it is particularly important to carry out the research on the monitoring system for high-power diesel engine.A high-power diesel engine monitoring system is a need to grasp the real-time situation in the diesel engine control room so as to achieve the purpose of monitoring and warning.Therefore,this paper designs a high-power diesel engine monitoring system to monitor many physical quantities in high-power diesel engine in real time,mainly using MC9S08DZ60 as a micro-controller,data communication through CAN bus module,and using LabVIEW software to design an upper computer monitoring interface,which can effectively monitor and alarm according to the set values.The research contents of this paper include the following parts:1.Field bus research.This paper analyzes the types and characteristics of the most widely used field bus,studies the CAN bus technology in depth.Aiming at the hierarchical structure,message structure,network topology and communication principle of the CAN bus technology,the overall scheme design of the high-power diesel engine monitoring system is proposed.2.Hardware design of monitoring system for high-power diesel engine.This paper designs the hardware structure and hardware circuit of data acquisition module,switch signal input module and CAN bus communication module.3.Software design of monitoring system for high-power diesel engine.This paper realizes the data communication function by software design of data acquisition unit,key operation and CAN bus communication module.In order to improve the utilization rate of network resources and the accuracy of information transmission,a hybrid scheduling algorithm(NMTS)based on CAN bus is studied.In order to prevent the percentage of messages that complete transmission within the deadline from decreasing during the case of large changes in system load,a hybrid scheduling algorithm based on feedback control(FC-NMTS)is studied.4.System test and analysis.The system communication is tested on Embeded Debug software;the monitoring interface is designed on LabVIEW software,including the speed of diesel engine,the temperature of fresh water outlet and the pressure of oil inlet;the alarm value is set according to the requirement of the system for the speed of diesel engine,thetemperature of fresh water outlet and the pressure of oil inlet,and the collected data is displayed on the monitor in real time.If the data collected exceeds the set range,the alarm light flashes.Through testing and analysis,the system communication is normal.The upper computer monitoring software shows the data accurately and realizes the design of real-time monitoring system for high-power diesel engine.The system has lower cost,lower energy consumption,longer working life,higher automation,and more convenient use by users.
