Study On The Renewal Strategies Of Parks In Old Urban District Under The Background Of "Urban Double Repair"

China's urbanization development has entered the latter stage.In the China's Central Urbanization Conference which held in 2013,the task of improving the utilization efficiency of urban construction was put forward.Then,in the 2015 China's Central Urban Work Conference,it was also proposed to adhere to the intensive Urban work requirements such as "development" and "revitalization stock".It can be seen that the era of "stocks-space" has arrived,and the focus of urban work has begun to shift to the stock space.Parks are the main green open space in the urban stock space.It has always carried the activities of urban residents.Its importance is self-evident.These parks have experienced many years of vicissitudes,and the drawbacks have become increasingly prominent.Problems such as ecological imbalances,occlusion of the landscapes,and aging recession have gradually lost their appeal.Under the background of update the stock space of city,parks has received people's attention,and the renovation of parks has also been carried out in large numbers.At the same time,in order to solve the long-term historical debts brought about by the rapid urbanization and promote the transformation and development of the city,the "Urban double repair" came into being."Urban double repair" means "ecological restoration,urban repair",and its viewpoint can preferably guide the renovation and transformation of parks.From the perspective of ecological restoration,parks are important part of the urban ecological network,and plays an important role in constructing and improving the urban ecological pattern and conserving the ecological natural base.At the same time,as a natural environment in the city,the park is of great significance in expanding urban green space,improving the quality of green space and improving the urban greening effect.From the point of view of urban remediation,the park and the city function complement each other.Through the transformation of the park,the urban functional structure can be optimized to some extent,and the functional defects in the urban construction process can be repaired.Based on the above background,this paper takes the park green space of the old city as the research object,and takes the Shapingba District of Chongqing as an example.Based on the related data research and field research,it analyzes and summarizes the main problems of the ecological and functional aspects of the old city park.Based on the theory of "urban double repair",this paper proposes a corresponding strategy to provide reference for the current park green space update based on the related issues of park renewal and related park theory research related to ecological function.In order to provide more effective theoretical support and scientific guidance for the renewal and transformation of parks,and through the renewal and transformation of parks to promote more efficient "double repair" work to improve the quality of leisure life of urban residents and promote the purpose of urban green development.The specific research content includes the following aspects:Firstly,the research background and purpose significance are expounded.By summarizing the existing research results,it provides a theoretical basis for the research of the article.Next,based on the investigation of the parks in the old town of Shapingba,the main problems in the ecological and functional aspects of the park green space are summarized.In response to these problems,the two parts of the core of the "urban double repair" theory are explored,namely the relationship between ecological restoration and functional repair and park green space.Summarize the theoretical and practical significance of "urban double repair" on parks renewal under ecological restoration and functional repair.On this basis,through the case analysis of relevant practices,it provides a reference for the parks renewal strategy.Based on the above analysis,combined with the policy objectives and work priorities of the "City Double Repair" concept,the task focus of the renewal and transformation of the parks in the old city is analyzed in detail,and the updated target ideas,principles and specific strategies are proposed.
