A large number of sloping land resources are distributed in the mountainous areas of southwest China. With the high-intensity urbanization of mountainous areas and the expansion of mountainous cities, sloping land is included in the vision of urban construction and development.Different from the plain city, the sloping land in the mountainous city area has obvious influence on the ecological characteristics of the sloping land due to its extensive and continuous distribution.Characteristics such as stability and geological structure complexity. It is often in an ecologically sensitive area, and its ecological environment is fragile. It is also a potential area for geological disasters. It is easy to develop in a direction that is not conducive to human beings. These areas will affect the development of the whole city if they are used improperly. The functional characteristics of the environmental elements on the sloping land and the evolution mechanism of the ecological process, combined with the adaptive theory of the ecological process,to construct a sloping land planning strategy method that adapts to the ecological process is of great significance for guiding the healthy development of the sloping environment planning.Based on the above background, this paper selects the sloping land in the southwestern mountainous urban area as the research object, and through the review of the sloping land planning and related literature data of the sloping land ecological process, combined with case analysis and field research, based on the analysis of relevant research at home and abroad,The current status of the existing sloping land use problems, and summarize the relevant experience;through the analysis of the spatial characteristics of the sloping land, the stability of the sloping land, and the ecological process, the overall ecological cognition of the sloping land environment is established; The impact and the ecological risk problems that may be brought about by slope development are analyzed in depth.Under the premise of ensuring ecological balance, from the perspective of protection and utilization, combined with the ecological sensitivity of slope ecological environment, the development intensity is used as the division dimension, and the slope environment is divided. It is an ecological protection type,an ecological development type, and a comprehensive utilization type;the adaptive analysis of the slope ecological process is coupled with the existing planning and design ideas, and the slope planning classification guidance strategy for adapting the ecological process is established for different slope types. And for comprehensive utilization Slope made specific planning utilization strategies;strategic approach which will culminate in empirical research, specific practice case put forward slope adaptation planning strategy ecological processes. The specific research content of this paper mainly includes the following four parts:Part Ⅰ: Ecological Cognition of Sloping Lands in Southwest Mountainous CitiesFirstly, the characteristics of the natural environment of the southwestern mountainous cities are analyzed, and the distribution of the slopes is discussed. The environmental characteristics of the slopes in the southwestern mountainous areas are summarized.Secondly, the spatial characteristics of the slopes are analyzed in detail according to the slope, shape and slope.Subsequently, the stability of the slope was analyzed from two aspects: natural factors and human activity factors. The natural factors included topographic and geological environmental factors, climatic factors, soil environmental factors, hydrological environmental factors, animal and plant environmental factors;Refers to various types of construction activities and land use methods carried out on the slope environment. Finally, combining the natural factors closely related to the ecological processes of slopes and human activities, the ecological processes of slopes are divided into natural processes and social processes. The natural processes include climate processes of sloping environments, hydrological processes, soil erosion processes, biological processes, and social ecology. The process is analyzed from the two dimensions of individual behavior and urban construction;and the composite effect of the natural-social process on the slope environment is summarized.Part Ⅱ: The comprehensive impact and classification of urban slopes in southwestern mountainous areas on urban and rural constructionFirstly,it analyzes the impact of slope topographic features on urban and rural construction, and analyzes the impact of different slopes on the suitability of construction land and the suitability of construction land for urban construction.Secondly, from site selection, traffic organization,The four aspects of building layout and landscape modeling analyzed in detail the impact of sloping land ecological characteristics on urban construction. Then,on this basis, the ecological risk problems that may be brought about by slope development are summarized. Finally, based on the comprehensive impact of slope environmental conditions on urban and rural construction and ecological risk analysis, select the main ecological factors(topography, soil, vegetation, hydrology and rainfall.etc)that affect the slope environment, and the ecological sensitivity and construction suitability of slope land.Sexual analysis and evaluation, combined with the analysis results, from the perspective of protection and utilization, with the development and construction intensity as the classification dimension, the slopes are divided into three types: ecological protection, ecological development and comprehensive utilization.Part Ⅲ: Slope Land Planning Strategies for Southwest Mountain Cities Adapting to Ecological ProcessesOn the basis of the above comprehensive analysis, based on the ecological adaptation concept as the theoretical basis, the southwest mountain city sloping land planning strategy adapted to the ecological process is established. The strategy is constructed from two levels.First, for the three different types of slope types divided in the previous section, three different types of slope types are used to guide the utilization strategy.Secondly, for the comprehensive utilization type, the slope ecological process is adopted.Features are combined with different elements of spatial planning,This paper proposes a sloping land use strategy that adapts to the ecological process, and conducts strategic exploration from four aspects: site selection, site design, ecological intensive traffic organization, strain climatic structure, and landscape planning.Slope planning method for ecological processes.Part Ⅳ: Empirical ResearchThis paper will adapt the ecological process to the sloping land planning method and corresponding strategies, and conduct an empirical study on the west slope of the urban planning area of Lushui City(hereinafter referred to as Lushui City).According to the sloping land planning method adapted to the ecological process, based on the analysis of the ecological factors of the ecological process on the west slope of Lushui City, the sloping land was analyzed and evaluated, different classifications were established, and strategies were guided for different types.A sloping land planning and utilization strategy adapted to ecological processes was constructed for the comprehensive utilization of slopes on the west slope of Lushui City.
