With the rapid development of express delivery industry,intensification,synergy and greening have become important directions for enterprise development.At the same time,the state vigorously promotes enterprises to carry out joint distribution business,promotes the application of new energy vehicles in the field of logistics,and encourages innovation and implementation of a green,low-carbon,intensive and efficient distribution mode.However,the common distribution system at the end of cities is still in development stage,and there are problems such as low standardization,fierce price competition,and waste of logistics resources and facilities.The formulation of distribution service pricing strategies is mainly based on experience,and lacks scientific and reasonable pricing guidance methods.Electric vehicles are gradually replacing traditional fuel vehicles as the main tool for distribution.Therefore,the planning of distribution routes needs to additionally consider factors such as electric vehicle battery performance,driver’s power anxiety,and selection of charging piles.This paper focuses on the construction of a common distribution system at the end of city,the formulation of service pricing strategies,and the planning of electric vehicle distribution routes.The specific research contents are as follows:First,from the perspective of the standardization of joint distribution,based on the principles of overall planning,dynamics and economy,a joint distribution system at the end of city is constructed with express companies,co-distribution centers and customers.The system is divided into the business layer for data collection of basic distribution services,the management layer for management planning and mechanism innovation services,and the control layer for controlling early warning and coordination feedback.Basic services such as site selection,sorting planning,warehouse management,route planning and pricing strategy formulation for core user groups are provided.Standardized process and theoretical basis for the joint distribution service are put forward.The long-term and stable development of the joint distribution alliance is the overall basis for the follow-up research content of this paper.Secondly,from the perspective of scientific pricing of joint distribution at the end of city,based on the background of the co-distribution model that in use,the pricing model of secondary joint distribution at the end of the city and the pricing model of tertiary joint distribution are constructed.With the goal of maximizing the benefits of all parties involved,considering factors such as the salary level of couriers,the service quality of joint distribution,and the sensitivity to price changes,the pricing model is solved based on Stackelberg game theory and reverse derivation,and the optimal pricing strategy is determined.What’s more,through the solution of actual cases,the versatility and rationality of the model are verified,and the accuracy of the relevant propositions is verified.The study showed the following results.The improvement of the service quality sensitivity coefficient,the salary level of couriers and their sensitivity can promote the development of the joint distribution system towards high quality.The increase in price sensitivity will further intensify price competition,which is not conducive to the overall improvement of the industry.For distribution areas with different needs,it is necessary to build an appropriate joint distribution service pricing model and adjust measures according to local conditions.Finally,from the perspective of resource sharing of joint distribution logistics equipment,combined with the requirements of green logistics development,a path planning model for electric vehicles with the time window is constructed.The driving characteristics of electric vehicles,the battery charging and discharging curves and the charging early warning strategy for couriers is considered.The actual needs of joint distribution,the impact of customer time window,load capacity constraints are taken into account on route planning.The profit of the enterprise and the development of the industry,the planning goal is to have the lowest distribution cost and the highest distribution service quality.At the same time,based on the concept of distribution area division in the actual distribution process,a two-stage algorithm of K-means clustering + hybrid ant colony algorithm is designed,combined with the elite retention strategy and neighborhood search structure,to improve the solution efficiency and expand the search range.Examples and standard datasets analyze the feasibility of the designed algorithm.The research results show that the K-means clustering+hybrid ant colony algorithm designed can effectively solve the Solomon standard data set,and can provide a reasonable path planning scheme for the actual urban terminal distribution field.
