Prefabricated buildings have the advantages of short construction period,environmental protection,recyclability and earthquake resistance,and have become a form of construction promoted by the state.The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development clearly stipulates that in the ex situ poverty alleviation and relocation,a certain proportion of the project is constructed by steel structure assembly.Compared with traditional logistics distribution,the distribution of fabricated steel structural components in the ex situ poverty alleviation project has the characteristics of high transportation frequency and strict delivery time requirements,which makes the distribution cost account for the cost of the supply logistics of the assembly-type construction enterprises.A large proportion.Whether the distribution vehicle scheduling is reasonable or not directly affects the distribution quality,cost and efficiency of the fabricated building components.Therefore,this paper studies the distribution cost optimization of fabricated building components in the ex situ poverty alleviation project from the perspective of distribution vehicle scheduling,which has important theoretical significance and practical value for the assembly management of assembled building components.The main research contents of the thesis are as follows:Firstly,it explains the remote poverty alleviation and relocation project and its main implementation contents,summarizes the characteristics of steel structure assembled buildings,and explains its applicability in poverty alleviation projects.On this basis,it summarizes the steel structure in the ex situ poverty alleviation and relocation project.Distribution characteristics and cost characteristics.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation and problems of L company's logistics and distribution.Based on the problems of L company and the distribution characteristics of steel structure assembly buildings,the assembly cost distribution model of the assembly type in the Poverty Alleviation Project was constructed.At the same time,a hybrid genetic algorithm was designed to solve the problem.Finally,the established distribution cost optimization model is applied to the actual project of L company,and the case is solved by genetic algorithm.The feasibility and effectiveness of the model are proved by the result analysis.
