The Research And Design Of The Functional Module Of Rural Housing Under The Context Of Relocation For Poverty Alleviation

Relocation for poverty alleviation in remote areas is a poverty alleviation policy being vigorously promoted by the state.The main measure is to move the poor people living in poor living conditions to areas that are conducive to improving their living conditions and expanding their economic sources,so as to help the relocated people get rid of poverty and become rich.This policy makes the rural housing construction widely concerned by the society.For a long time,the rural housing construction has been lack of reasonable design,and the living quality cannot be guaranteed.Under the guidance of the state policy on poverty alleviation in rural areas,a large number of new rural houses are being built in resettlement areas,which was originally a good opportunity to optimize the functional layout of rural houses.However,the new house construction time is tight in the resettlement area,and the number of new houses is large.Throughout the global housing construction situation,housing industrialization has been the trend of history.The industrialized and standardized construction methods and the menu-type rural housing function module system can be used for reference to solve the contradiction between the large amount and short period of rural housing construction in resettlement areas and the individual needs of residents.Therefore,this paper takes the functional module of rural house,which is regulated by the government and built by households,as the main object of study.In response to the national policy,it can also be applied to the construction of ordinary rural housesin other rural areas in southwest guizhou.This paper takes the rural areas in qianxi prefecture,which is vigorously promoting the relocation policy of poverty alleviation in rural areas,as an example,introduces the concept of modular design,combines ergonomic data to study and analyze the functional modules of rural houses,and tries to explore a construction system suitable for diversified and standardized rural houses.First of all,the thesis analyze the modular concept research,analysis of the characteristics of modular design are compared to the brick and tile,etc.A single architectural structure,module is a contains many hierarchy system concept,has half a self-disciplining,under the precondition of the same design principles can keep their own independent design,can be set,can break up,can be combined.Then,the paper conducts a field survey on the rural houses in qianxi prefecture,summarizes the changes and development of various functional Spaces inside the houses,evaluates their advantages and disadvantages,and summarizes the existing problems and demands by recording and analyzing their functional space layout mode,life style and spatial scale.Then,a module system with system components,multi-system modules and segments as the main content is preliminarily established based on the conclusion of data analysis and field investigation.On this basis,the functional Spaces under the multi-system module level are studied in depth to determine their appropriate modules and build a set of open rural functional space module library.Finally,under the control line of the area of the rural poverty alleviation relocation house site,the combination of three functional space modules was enumerated according to the household production mode,family structure,living habits and other factors,demonstrating the complete process of the design and combination of functional modules of rural house under the guidance of modularization.
