| High-speed rail has become one of the important modes of transportation in China.In addition to bearing the passenger transport function,the high-speed rail has also been placed by the local government to promote economic growth.In particular,as economic development enters a new normal,the realization of industrial transformation and upgrading has become an important strategic goal of local governments.The emergence of high-speed rail not only changed the traffic network pattern,but also affected the flow factors,industrial structure and economic activities between regions,and played a major role in the development of the tertiary industry along the region.This paper makes an in-depth study on the impact of high-speed rail on the tertiary industry agglomeration along the line,and is of great significance for the scientific planning of high-speed rail network,optimization of regional spatial structure and acceleration of regional economic development.In terms of theoretical analysis,this paper attempts to deduce the mechanism of improving the impact of high-speed rail on the agglomeration of the tertiary industry.Combining the theory of classical location,new economic geography and industrial agglomeration,the high-speed railway enhances regional accessibility as a breakthrough point,and introduces the accessibility of time cost as a key factor reflecting transportation costs to the high-speed rail to the tertiary industry.In the research mechanism,and from the three perspectives of market structure effect,labor pool effect and knowledge spillover effect caused by market accessibility,work accessibility and information accessibility,explore the tertiary industry agglomeration on enterprise location choice and labor force.The issue of employment choices.Therefore,it is finally determined that the impact mechanism of high-speed rail on the tertiary industry agglomeration along the line is “high-speed rail improves regional accessibility,and the improvement of market,work and information accessibility affects the choice of enterprise location and labor employment choice,and ultimately promotes the tertiary industry along the region.Gathering."In the empirical research,firstly,through the accessibility evaluation model to analyze the effect of high-speed rail on the accessibility of cities along the Wuguang line,it is found that:(1)the accessibility of the nodes along the Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway is improved overall,and the accessibility of small and medium-sized cities is high.Sexual improvement is generally better than that of large cities;(2)The improvement of accessibility of different nodes along the Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway has obvious spatial differences.Then use the double difference model under fixed effect to explore the influence of high-speed rail on the tertiary industry agglomeration along the Wuguang area.The main research conclusions include:(1)From the perspective of “with or without high-speed rail”,the opening of high-speed rail promotes the accumulation of tertiary industry.However,there are differences in the impact of different sub-sectors and different grades of cities.As far as different sub-sectors are concerned,the opening of high-speed rail has obviously promoted the accumulation of productive service industries to cities along the high-speed railway;in terms of different city levels,it has significantly promoted the accumulation of tertiary industries in megacities and large cities.(2)From the perspective of “urban accessibility”,the improvement of accessibility caused by high-speed rail promotes the accumulation of tertiary industry,but the level of agglomeration of the tertiary industry is highly correlated with the type of industry and the size of the city.As far as the type of industry is concerned,the increase in accessibility caused by high-speed rail has a greater impact on the concentration of knowledge-intensive industries;in terms of city size,it has a greater impact on large-scale megacities and large cities,and for small and medium-sized cities.Less affected. |
