Research On The Influence Of High-speed Railway On Urban Innovation Agglomeration

In the context of the rapid development of high-speed rail in China and in-depth implementation of innovation-driven strategy,high-speed rail,with its characteristics of high speed,safety,large capacity and commuting,has enabled the society to leapfrog from the green car era of "people in lost journey" to the era of "people in smooth journey".Talent,capital and technology as a strong and liquid displacement of innovation elements,its distribution differentiation was significantly affected by external conditions.In order to reveal the causes of innovation agglomeration,distribution and differentiation in Chinese cities under the background of the opening of high-speed railway,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of innovation agglomeration in 195 Chinese cities from the perspective of factors,and the main contributions are as follows:(1)Constructed the influence factors of city innovation cluster evaluation system.Based on the theory of innovation system,found the city development of hard and soft structure affects the strength of the city innovation agglomeration degree,so this article constructed include economic environment,financial environment and public real estate structure of science and technology three factors of nine factors influencing factors of evaluation system of city innovation cluster,is the perfection of the factors affecting urban innovation system.(2)This paper discusses the influence mechanism of high-speed railway opening on urban innovation agglomeration from the perspective of factors.From the perspective of factors,this paper defines urban innovation agglomeration as a dynamic process of continuous optimization and reorganization among cities for the purpose of maximizing the value of talents,capital and technology.The opening of high-speed railway provides a carrier for the flow of talents,capital and technological innovation elements between cities,and helps the structural reorganization of innovation elements to promote the pareto optimization process.(3)The influence model of high-speed railway opening on urban innovation agglomeration is constructed.This paper applies maximum entropy method and difference-in-differences model to empirically analyze the factors affecting urban innovation agglomeration.The research shows that the opening of high-speed railway significantly improves the talent agglomeration,capital agglomeration and technology agglomeration level of high-speed railway cities,that is,the opening of high-speed railway significantly improves the innovation agglomeration level of cities along the high-speed railway.Among the control variables,the public real estate structure(PRES),the economic environment(EE)and the financial environment of science and technology(FE)have positive and significant effects on urban talent agglomeration,capital agglomeration and technology agglomeration.With the improvement of the high-speed rail network and the continuous improvement of urban location conditions,the research of this paper provides a reference for the exploration of the evolution characteristics of urban innovation agglomeration,and helps cities along the high-speed rail line to keep track of their own development pulse,make use of the unique advantages of cities,improve the level of innovation agglomeration,and enhance the attraction of talents,capital and technological innovation factors,and has certain reference significance for the realization of innovation-driven economic development.
