Research On The Affordable Housing Settlements In Shenzhen Based On The Concept Of Mixed Habitation

As the price of commercial housing in Shenzhen continues to rise,affordable housing has become an important means of solving the housing problem of low-and middle-income groups.Shenzhen has accelerated the construction of affordable housing in recent years and will continue this trend in the future.During the construction of affordable housing in Shenzhen,problems such as remote location selection,inconvenient transportation and lagging construction of supporting facilities have occurred.Under the current development situation,it is necessary to reflect on the status quo and problems of the construction of affordable housing,analyze the intrinsic relationship between the construction mode and the phenomenon of residential isolation,and explore the corresponding optimization methods and policy recommendations.This paper focuses on the research of Shenzhen's affordable housing and residential areas,and combines the experience of foreign policy housing construction to discuss the characteristics of Shenzhen's housing construction.Through the actual case study of Shenzhen's affordable housing and residential areas,it is believed that the location of affordable housing in Shenzhen has a suburbanization trend,and most of the housing areas in the housing area have insufficient rapid rail transit coverage and lack of service facilities.The independent construction-type housing is vulnerable to the edge.It is difficult to integrate the isolation and construction of affordable housing,and based on the proposed hybrid housing construction strategy.The research in this paper hopes to find effective strategies to alleviate the problems existing in the current construction of affordable housing,and at the same time provide ideas for the construction of a large number of affordable housing in Shenzhen in the future.This paper is divided into six chapters: The first chapter defines the related concepts of social housing research,discusses the research background and significance of this paper,the research methods and framework of the paper,etc.The second chapter summarizes the theory of social housing research and domestic and foreign Case study;the third chapter combs the development characteristics of Shenzhen's affordable housing construction,and combines the investigation of three actual cases,deeply analyzes the main problems existing in the status quo of affordable housing in Shenzhen;the fourth chapter focuses on the analysis of residential isolation in Shenzhen The situation and its relationship with the construction of affordable housing expounded the negative social impact of residential segregation.The fifth chapter introduces the mixed living mode that can alleviate the phenomenon of residential segregation,discusses the feasibility of implementing mixed living in Shenzhen,and proposes a mixture.The strategy of building a mode of affordable housing;the sixth chapter is the conclusion of this paper.It summarizes the main research conclusions of the paper and puts forward the content worthy of discussion.
