In view of the frequent occurrence of external scaffolding accidents,the traditional safety management methods for external scaffolding are difficult to continue to support the rapid development of construction site safety management.In response to the defects of traditional manual identification,advanced technologies such as BIM(Building Information Model)technology,mobile Internet technology,and Internet of Things have been applied to the safety management of construction sites.In this paper,the image recognition technology is applied to the intelligent safety inspection of the external scaffolding,which is beneficial to improve the safety management level and standardized management of the enterprise,and reduce or avoid the accident caused by the collapse of the scaffold.First,the major accidents caused by the collapse of scaffolding in the past five years are counted,and the whole life cycle of the scaffolding(the five stages of deployment,erection,acceptance,use and dismantling)is analyzed to find out the 7 general safety points and 5 key security points of the external scaffolding.Secondly,the key techniques of image processing used in this paper,such as image enhancement,image segmentation,image denoising,and morphological operations,are briefly described.In the aspect of image segmentation,an image segmentation algorithm based on RGB color features is proposed.The image is segmented directly by color factor,and a good segmentation effect is obtained.The external scaffolding components can be accurately extracted from the image background.come out.In terms of feature extraction,combined with the external scaffolding erection specification,an intelligent safety inspection method for external scaffolding members based on Hough transform is proposed,and the linear information and angle of the external scaffolding members are extracted.Then,a safety inspection method for the image of the outer scaffold was designed.According to the specifications of the external scaffolding,the category library of the external scaffolding was established,the safety rules of the relevant members were established,and the calculation method of the correlation coefficient was given.It can realize the horizontal deviation of the crossbar of the external scaffold,the deviation of the verticality of the pole,the angle of the scissors and the missing of the rod,and the corresponding unsafe factor and safety state are given.Finally,a set of simple and practical,high recognition rate of the external scaffolding bar intelligent safety inspection system,can identify the number of standard and non-standard external scaffolding bars,and give the corresponding unsafe factor and safety status.Compared with manual inspection,the system has the advantages of visualization,low cost and high efficiency.
